I don't even have kids that need daycare but it is really cool that they have a very nice, free daycare with all new equipment and you can see the kids through the glass. I'm an engineering students so donating is a good way to keep us financially afloat. Most centers treat everyone like trash that just want a couple bucks for their drug habit (most donors are just regular people). Anyway, the staff treats their customers with respect and they are very friendly. If you're new they pay $75, $50, $50, $75, and then $5 dollars more every time you donate, til the end of the month. If you're not new, it starts at $25, so your fifth donation you get $50 and so on. Even if you're not new, if you donate regularly, you get paid a lot more than all the other places monthly. It's by apt. only so don't just show up there.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at CSL Plasma in Midvale…read more I had not donated at CSL Plasma for several years, so when I returned, I specifically asked about the current compensation schedule before donating. I was told that my 1st, 2nd, 4th, and 5th donations would be $100, and my 3rd donation would be $75. I relied on that information when deciding to donate. After my donation, I went to 7-Eleven to access my payment and saw a $95 bonus. Because I had been away from CSL for several years, I assumed the difference was some type of processing fee. When I returned for my next donation on August 25, I was then told by the technician that I would only be receiving $45. I questioned this because it did not match the compensation schedule I had been given. I asked for clarification, and a supervisor also confirmed that I would only be receiving $45. The problem is not simply the amount of money. The problem is that I was given one compensation schedule before donating and then told something completely different afterward. I sent CSL Plasma a formal good-faith complaint/demand for payment explaining what happened and asking them to address the discrepancy. They have not responded to me at all. I believe customers deserve to know exactly what they are agreeing to before they undergo a plasma donation. If the compensation is different from what a customer was told, that should be clearly explained BEFORE the donation--not afterward. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that anyone donating here get the compensation amount and promotion in writing before donating and carefully check their payment afterward. I am leaving this review because CSL Plasma has had an opportunity to address my concerns privately and has chosen not to respond.
