HORRIBLE SERVICE. EXPENSIVE FOOD. By far the worst restaurant in Ilhabela. I came here with friends for NYE, and even though our reservation was made weeks in advance, they didn't have a table to accommodate our party. After more than half an hour waiting, they decided to finally serve us, and despite writing on their menu that they have English speaking service/menus, they almost laughed at us when asking for an English menu and even insinuated with disdain that the non-Brazilian guests should take that opportunity to " practice their Portuguese". Maybe that was a joke but the awful experience didn't end there. The over priced food and cocktails came all wrong and the Vegan mushroom risotto literally came with no mushroom, JUST RICE. My fish tasted like pure salt, the rice was cold and the "shrimp sauce " had merely 3 minuscule shrimps on it. When midnight was approaching and all the guests were already fed up with the awful service and food, we insinuated that we wanted to have our food to go, since it took them an hour to serve us. After that they literally mistreated us, giving us tasteless cold food with no sauce inside paper bags. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. They almost ruined our NYE experience, but thank god after we left, our night got MUCH MUCH better. read more
