We had a corporate lululemon event with 120 people and had Jodi do her amazing fashion sketches for our Welcome Reception. Prior to the event, I provided Jodi event branding and she was able to add it to the bottom of the paper she would use for the sketches. She brought an assistant to take photos of guests to allow her to get through more of our guests. She completed the sketches the following day and dropped them back to us before our guests departed. Everyone LOVED them. They were such a great keepsake from the event. Jodi was a pleasure to work with and her work is incredible. People loved having her at our event! This is a belated review from an event that Jodi attended several weeks ago. Our company hired Jodi for a company summer BBQ, and she and her caricatures were an absolute hit! Jodi's work is amazing, and everyone had a great time. She is able to quickly capture your essence either as an individual or as a group of people. She is even social distance friendly - if you have multiple people in a drawing, she draws people in one at a time (e.g. you don't all have to sit together and wait for everyone to be drawn). I not only appreciate Jodi's skill and professional demeanor, but also her flexibility. I was in the last group to get a drawing, but one of our company leaders (Jodi did not know who she was) wanted to get a drawing with a few of her leaders even though time was up. She was very professional, let me choose the layout and a logo/picture to put on the printed pictures. I wish I took a picture of the line that had formed at my wedding for my guests to have their caricatures drawn by Jodi. My wife and I thought it would be a fun change of pace to have a Caricature artist instead of a photo booth at our reception, but then we found Arty Party who offered both at such a great deal that we booked without a moment's hesitation. Yelp friends, I could not have been any more pleased with Arty Party. RIght off the bat, I knew that these guys were fantastic. Jodi and Danny were so efficient in setting up that the first time I saw them that night, Jodi already had a line 5 couples deep and the photo booth seemed to be a continuous stream of the flash from the camera. Every single one of our guests LOVED Jodi and Danny! Jodi's talent will surpass any expectation you have exponentially. My wife and I loved seeing everyone's drawings on their tables and they are some of our favorite pictures now in our album of our loved friend or family member holding their caricatures. As a really nice touch, she had printed onto the paper she used for the drawings a monogram with our names and the date of our wedding. Danny worked the photo booth and the costume props. He was engaging and very friendly! I have been to a thousand weddings that all had photo booths but never has someone been so attentive and helpful. Unfortunately I did not get to interact with Danny that much, but that only serves as a credit to his dedication to the current photo booth occupants. Reminiscing on our wedding, Jodi and Danny were such a vital part to the atmosphere that we had been daydreaming about for the years leading up to our special day. I cannot not recommend Arty Party enough! For every wedding I attend in the future, not matter how glamorous and amazing they will be, I will always say to my wife once that night, "yeah, but they don't have Arty Party here." Jodi is great! I threw myself a big birthday party at Madera Lounge / Rosewood Hotel last week and really wanted to do something fun and unique for it. Jodi offers virtual caricatures where you send her photos of your friends, and then set up your laptop with wifi and she'll draw your guests remotely in real time via screen sharing during your party. So Silicon Valley of us, lol. ;) (She also has in-person options of course, though this set-up was perfect as I realized later that Madera doesn't allow external vendors there). The caricatures were awesome and really captured something about each person. We put the snapshot we'd taken up next to the portrait as she was drawing it and it was so neat to watch.
