Just look at my before and after photos of the stunning frame Steve created for this favorite original painting of a bird. Additionally Steve taught me about the wide variety of glass available for frames and helped me decide on a less-reflective glass to really show off the painting. This is the first time I ever needed something framed, so I asked for a recommendation from a photographer I know who has dozens of framed photos in his house. That person told me he had tried four other area frame stores before discovering Express Frames. He said once he became a customer here, he never looked back. I'm lucky that someone else did all the trial-and-error and price/quality comparisons before I ever needed artwork framed. I 100% will go to Steve at Express Frames for anything else I ever need framed!

Unethical and Shabby Customer Treatment…read more I recently purchased a vintage Warren Platner sofa from Morristown Modern, which they said on their website had leather upholstery. After I received the sofa, the upholstery did not appear to be leather, so I took it to an expert who told me it was vinyl. I then called Morristown Modern and told them I wanted to return the sofa as it was not as advertised. They first told me I was wrong and said it was upholstered in leather. They then accused me of "going to a third party" to get it evaluated, whatever that means. They then said I had had plenty of time to realize that it wasn't leather when they delivered it. They then said they would take it back but wouldn't come to pick it up. When I called them to coordinate the return of the sofa at my own expense (I even offered to compensate them for delivering it to me in the first place!) they didn't return my calls. I mentioned to them that I would write about my customer experience with them on Yelp, which they described as me threatening them! I can't believe they would incur such unfavorable publicity to save a few bucks. Had they handled it properly, I would have likely been a return customer to them. Incidentally, they are currently selling the matching chair to the sofa and presenting it as leather too, so beware. I'm really disappointed in them. B. Cheney

We were here in December for a team building event, and we just picked up our glass creations last…read moreweek. We had a great time. There were 6 of us and two instructors, so we got to watch two people at a time making their creations. Most people made a bud vase, but two made flowers, and I made a bowl. A great time was had by all! I'll definitely come back again - perhaps on my own - to make a flower.
