I dropped off a men's shirt for laundering in mid May. I went to pick up the shirt on 6/14. The shirt was no where to be found. The owner believed she gave the shirt to another customer. The owner called me today to say that someone else picked up the shirt and hung up. So I have no shirt, out the $ to clean and accused of lying. I'd give zero stars but that's not an option. Very grumpy senior lady works a there who clearly doesn't want to work! Every time I pay cash, she gives the incorrect amount of change, always in her favor. They lost a button on my silk blouse and when I pointed it out, she said it wasn't there problem bc she didn't see the button in their machine so it couldn't have fallen off there. I pointed out that we reviewed a stain right on that arm cuff when i dropped it of, so one of us would have spotted a missing button. She got even angrier and yelled at me, very unprofessional and abusive! Stay away at all costs!!! read more

Great place it's a little pricey but they do a good job. The Korean woman who works here is great and makes this place warm and welcoming.

Stay away! I brought a sport coat to this place to have the sleeves shortened and paid nearly double what other shoes nearby charge for the same service to have it done quickly. I had absolutely no problem with the price given the need for a quick turnaround needed. When I picked up the coat one sleeve was not shortened correctly - it was off by more than an inch - and the ornery sleeve wad not shortened at all. I went in twice to try to grey this corrected and was told to "please come back when my mother is here". Now since I value my time, I'd prefer to just take it to someone else for half the price and not have to make 6 trips to get it done right. This piece of garbage is now trying to claim that I swapped the jacket out for an identical one to justify refusing to refund me the charge for the service they did not provide. Stay away from this dump and just go to a place like Donna's where the princess are fair, the service is far better and they won't steal your money. read more

Brought a dress here to be altered. Said it would be $150 to do since it was a hard dress. Expensive but I was willing to do it since the dress was delicate. Well I got the dress and brought it home. I try it on and it for except two inches of the zipper won't close! It's not like it's too small, the hook clasps and it feels good not too tight. I called to have them fix and said that they wouldn't give me any money back even though they messed up and I now have to take the time to go back. Expensive is fine if you can justify. Save your money and go elsewhere read more
