This is my normal UPS store. I've been coming to the location for years. Today, while I was making a return, the lady scanned my phone and while I waited I placed my hand on the counter. She said "I'm sorry, no leaning" confused I said "I'm sorry, what?" She pointed out a bright orange sign that said no leaning. First, my hand was rested on the counter; I was not leaning on anything. 2nd I am a grown adult and felt like I was being scolded. It was truly an odd experience. Texted Brian for a status image of the fish print. Unfortunately, I was texted an image of this gallery print in his inventory. Tried to pass it off as the catch itself with just a few vertical white stripes splashed on it. Was charged $310 prior to my okay. Was only refunded the money when I texted him the image comparisons of what he was going to send me compared to what he had in stock on line. COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED. He didn't even offer to start the process over correctly. Just wanted to send the image that was not mine. Horrible experience.
