My home was already beautiful and only needed a few high end pieces and pictures to finish it off. To say they ruined the look of my house is not an exaggeration. Even my real estate agent was shocked and disappointed. They did take everything out but still charged me a large fee for nothing. My family and friends were actually laughing when I showed them the pictures and could not believe the job they did. Just be careful if you use them and get pictures of the items they are going to be using before you give them any deposit. If you're not happy they don't stand behind their work and will keep your money. Extremely hard to believe they would ever get any 5 star reviews.

I asked Adriana about paint colors as I was due to have my home interior painted prior to selling. Adriana brought large sample swatches and laid them in the various rooms to see how the light in each room was reflected. She selected the paint colors and the result is stunning. Since staging the home in its entirety she had professional photos taken and the result is, yes, AMAZING. Having been fortunate enough to experience the expertise of Stage and Amaze - when I buy my next home I will have them stage my new home right away. Why wait until you are selling and miss out on living in wow surroundings. High praise for Stage and Amaze. They exceeded my expectations.

Rick had a wide selection of fabric colors and textures from which to choose. He came out and measured with the sample books, and we placed our order that day. Three weeks later our custom made draperies were installed. We rent our condo and Rick coordinated installation with the rental office between reservations. He sent us multiple photos once installed (open, closed, with blackout liner closed and opened) and the draperies looked great. We were so excited to see the finished product!! We recently stayed in our condo so we got to see them. The draperies exceeded our expectations when we saw and operated them ourselves. We are so pleased with how they look and function!! The owner Georg never spoke with me again after his initial visit when he mismeasured my counter surface area to reflect the need for only one slab of quartz when clearly two slabs were needed. The error was apparent at the time that the template was to be constructed and my kitchen had already undergone demolition. They attempted to increase the agreed upon invoice by over $2,000 to allow for the second slab. Georg totally threw his office manager, Renee, under the bus and left her to try and deal with me never speaking directly with me himself and not taking any responsibility for his mistake.

I have done a fair amount of business with Norris. However, I will no longer do so…read more First, I ordered a cocktail table from the floor. When it was delivered, it was a different table that had been sitting elsewhere, and the white pearl-like top was now yellowed. Norris apologised and took it back. It took over a month to get a refund after several inquiries. Second, I ordered and paid for custom drapes for a window. Two days later, I found that we may be relocated and tried to in the cancel the order, but was told it was too late as the material had already been ordered. When I asked to have the material shipped to me anyway with the thought of using it in the new location, I was told they were able to cancel, but I had to pay a restocking fee of $529 (this amount included cordered material that could not be canceled that arrived TWO weeks later). Third, I ordered a console after seeing one I liked in the store. It was a custom build and took four months to get. When it arrived, the paint was unevenly applied and looked as if it had been sprayed on, dripped down, and coagulated on the bottom of the doors. This made them look dirty (see attached pic). Norris sent a tech out to try to repair the look, but was unable to do so. I was told it was an artifact of the color I selected, which was different from the floor sample, which, of course, was pristine. There was no offer to refund or replace the item. All of these activities took place in the spring of this year. I have delayed posting a review to give Norris time to reflect and correct, which they have not done. On the positive side, we ordered custom-made kitchen table and chairs, which we are very happy with, as well as a living room carpet. So, I suggest that anyone who deals with Norris be alert.
