I have never done business with this company. However, their place of business is right at the…read morecorner of the subdivision of where I live. I take care of our front entrance. I work long and hard hours cutting the grass, picking up the trash, raking up the leaves. They use a landscaping company that I noticed used their blowers to blow all their leaves off of their property onto our neighborhood property. My husband went to their door and mentioned it to them. The young woman there shut the door on my husband after he addressed the issue. She did not care whatsoever about it. Who would want to use a company like that that has employees who are rude and disrespectful? The Scriptures have been fulfilled 2 Timothy 3:1-5. I'm very disappointed that we have neighbors like that.

I got a 44x16ft new deck with all gravel undeneath and 8ft new fence with this company. Thus, it was of most crucial that we chose someone very trust worthy with our huge life time investment. It was a long process because it required knocking down everything I had and building everything from scratch. Because my project was large, I actually got quotes from many GCs around my area but I went with redemption in big part because of their prices. They were not the cheapest nor were they the most expensive either. But everytime my husband and I would specifically calculate a price for anything and ask them about their price, they would be right along the line range of what we we had calculated to be a respectful price. That always led me to think that they are very professional as well because obviously they are in business to make a profit but also to be fair to their customers. That was very important to me to be able to work with a company that thinks about their customers, their workers and their bottom line all at the same-time. I also felt that their payment terms aligned with ok materials are purchased they are at your house, first payment is due this day etc meaning they ask for payment when you can see where your funds are going and that allowed me to built trust throughout which is key for us when doing large projects. I also learned a lot from this project that is important to give your opinion often during the whole process. For example, I wanted my doors installed one way and once some of it was built, I realized that I need to tell the workers hey wait a minute, I actually think it looks better this way, lets change this or that before we go further. Communication is key when someone is working at your house for months, you cant just sit there and expect everyone to read your mind and ask to change things once is all finished. I felt I was able to communicate with everyone well and the workers knew very well exactly what we liked or didn't like all the time because we were always following the process. Each day that the workers finished their day, my husband and I will review how things looked and ask ourselves is this how we imagined it in our dreams? We were well aware that things may look different once installed or built but wanted to make sure that we catch anything we could potentionally not like later within a reasonable time to make adjustments. They were always very accomodating to us ofcourse within resonable expectations and within budget. I also felt that there were many times we would ask for things that were not initially quoted and they would right away tell us the change in price before it was done and I appreciated that as well. My deck and fence were done in a very reasonable time, yes we did have some delays but they were outside both of our control. You cant go into a project thinking is going to be quick, everything takes times and a lot of patience is required in construction projects this large and we knew this very well from the begining. I really enjoyed working with this company as communicaton with workers and project managers was smooth and I felt that our opinions mattered. I would love to work with them again in future projects to keep building a home that our children can enjoy for generations to come !

"BUYER BEWARE" I…read morewould have given him zero star if it was an option. Noe Diaz of "Diaz Flooring" was supposed to install LVP flooring for me. I normally don't post reviews, the only reason I am posting this review so that other people are aware of my experience. Noe brought the samples to my house, I showed him the space and picked the LVP design we wanted. He then asked for half of the money upfront as down payment and insisted that I pay cash or pay via Zelle. My bank does not offer Zelle so I wrote him a check for $600. He cashed the check and then gave me installation date, then changed it three times. When I called him to ask for a firm installation time frame, he blocked me on his phone so I could no longer communicate with him. Later, I had my wife call him, he picked up the phone but when she told him who she was & asked why he was not giving us the installation date, he hung up on her. He then texted her that he was not going to do the work because he was busy and we should get someone else to do the work and he will return the down payment money he took from us. He cashed the check on October 30th, 2024, today is November 10, 2024. He is not returning my money and has gone incognito.

I have pictures to show his terrible work, not too mention my company paid him halfway through the job and now he is nowhere to be found. His tile work is the worst I have ever seen. I would gladly show pictures of his work. Do not let him in your home!! He is a thief and cannot do what he says he can. I have been in this industry a long time and I've never seen a job this bad.
