After having two sessions of highlights and toners, I was ready to go full bright and fresh blonde! I'm so grateful for Ashley being my stylist, as she knows a lot about color correction. We talked about how my hair pulls red easily and that I was trying to avoid overly brassy tones in my hair. My stylist did such an amazing job. She pulled out all the darker hair, blended it with my previous highlights, and added the perfect toners to fix everything up. It turned out so bright and pretty -- exactly the blonde I wanted! I've just been using purple shampoo once or twice a week to keep it looking fresh, and it's still holding up great with no brassiness at all. I've been getting so many compliments lately, even random people stopping me when I'm out with my little guy. It makes me so happy! If you're wanting to go blonde like this, just know it's not a quick box dye thing. It takes real skill to lift, blend, tone, and correct everything the right way. I've seen a couple reviews from people who used box dye at home and then expected the exact same look in one visit -- it doesn't work like that! You really need a good stylist who knows what they're doing. Thank you Ashley for making my hair look this good! You're the best and I'll definitely be back soon.

Here we are two FULL weeks later not one nail has broken. I'm going to see her tomorrow, I don't think I'll go to anyone but her! Her design was just Exactly like I showed her as well. I wanted a double french with a very simple design on my ring fingers. 3 colors total, and a design. She quoted me 94. On the website it says a french is 8, 2 simple designs is 8, and 2+ colors is 3 dollars. 66+19 is 85, but she said 94 so I asked to remove the design and was quoted 84, weird! She begins the french and shapes it out with the remover and it was almost a straight line still, so I asked her to round my french out a little and was told there was a 30 dollar fee because what I wanted was an "art french", even though all she had to do was use the same brush with remover to just make the line not straight? 30 dollars for what everyone else calls a regular french is outrageous. THEN, I'm told one of my colors would be 15 dollars not 3. In what world does the small line on a double french equal 15 dollars worth of polish. My nail shapes were all uneven and not matching, not touching my cuticle, there was acrylic all over my fingers. Hidden charges aren't cute and if I would've done what I had truly wanted for my PROM nails , it would've been 124 since I wanted my french to look like a french! Asked her to remove my straight black line of nail polish and that I would leave as is. Absolutely no way I will come back, prices listed should be the true prices.

Don't go to anyone except Martin or the gentleman that sits to right of him. My nails are all different shapes and sizes, the tops are all uneven and misshapen but that's hard to see in the photos, he's extremely rough with the nail file and even broke skin on my hand. I'm so upset but I'm not comfortable asking for a refund or a fix because he's not very nice to begin with. She didn't tell me she was going to, didn't ask if it was okay. Just proceeded to use it. I have never had anything but acrylic nails done. When she was filing my nails, almost every single one of my fingers was bleeding. She used the green liquid stuff on almost every single finger. My fingers were so sore after that, I couldn't put them in hot water for days. Not only that, I had a nail break the next day, and the day after that, and I had enough. Three nails broke within two days. She offered to fix them for free, and so did the owner, but my fingers were still so sore, and honestly I didn't feel comfortable going back. When I spoke to my husband about this, and he told me I was not going back there for them to cut up my fingers again. I sent her a picture and told her what happened and asked for a refund. She refused. She said she's never had to give a refund in 24 years. But she finally agreed to refund half of the cost plus the tip I gave her. Total cost was $70 and I gave her a $10 tip. So she refunded $45. She sent me a screen shot of the refund.. my husband saw it pending on his credit card the next day. Two days after my appointment the refund was no longer pending on my husbands credit card. It was gone altogether. Like she cancelled the refund. I would not recommend that lady for nails to anyone.
