Great people that do a great job…read more I went and saw "The Drunkard". This was my first visit and was welcomed with open arms. The volunteers and staff were very easy to talk with and very warm. It is a very different experience from the big theatre companies of Dallas, Houston, Vegas, Sacramento and such. It is a small house and all of the thespians are more than friendly. This is not a small time production company just because it is in a smaller venue. At the end of the show all of the cast and crew were easily accessible for autographs and general dialogue. Parking is a first come first serve and so is seating. In saying that, neither are an issue.

Performance was fabulous as we really enjoyed this show. GPS took us to the library at UT Tyler campus as we were a little confused at first. But a campus worker gave us proper directions and we easily found it. Loved the Cowan Center and the show. Hopefully we will return to see even more shows here in the future.

Went in to the "Snack shop" to ask where the hell I was ( apparently I missed the sign that said adult movie theater and store when I drove in) and the guy behind the counter of butt plugs, nipple clamps and dildos told us that for $13 bucks a person or $20 a couple we could enjoy the drive-in and the multiple "viewing rooms" inside. We thanked him and laughed our way to the car. I think we have found the ONLY drive-In porn theater in America in Small Town USA. If you are into that, get'er done! If you have kids and are looking for a drive-in, I would highly suggest you skip it, as I do not think that they will playing an appropriate version of Disney's Pocahontas any time soon ;)

We didn't feel safe as two trucks pulled beside us as exactly when we pulled in. We decided to move forward 50 ft and within 10 min two different trucks pulled beside us yet again. Seemed very awkward as there were not very many trucks or cars in the lot for when we were previewing shows. We are definitely not into lewd acts in public yet it doesn't feel right when complete "strangers" are pulling up beside you. Oh by the way, when we pulled up the first time to ask when the outside movie started the same trucks were seen parking beside us throughout the movie. I wish we would have spent more time watching the movie instead of talking about the people pulling up next to us. They are not even cops so why are they so intrusive? Seems like they are pervs to me.

We had the pleasure of visiting in the last night of the season, our 10 year old had been asking to…read morego to a Haunted House but we were worried about how she would handle it, and we were right, she totally broke down in tears, but this is when the awesomeness of this place can put. We had three different actors take off their masks and show her they were just actors, they took their time to calm her down and tell her how to better handle the rest of the venue. My wife and I were extremely impressed by the time these actors took to make sure she had a good time! These actors went out of their way and did more than they needed for our family, something that really stands out to me!!! We will definitely be back next year, this is an organization that deserves recognition. I hate I don't have the names of the awesome actors that helped us out last night, I would like to give them a personal shout out. BTW, we all ended up having a great time thanks to y'all!!!
