My daughter started here last year when she was 5, and the progress from then to now is incredible. We now have joined the company team, and are at the studio 4 days a week. I drive from Carlsbad (pregnant and with my two toddlers) bc they are THAT GOOD. The training and attention that my daughter gets here is well worth it. You want to talk about lack of COMMUNICATION, you don't do that or your significant other when rescheduling our times for dance. You lack the common courtesy to reach out to us when we needed to know if my child was going to dance with her partner. This season trying to understand if my child was going to dance on her day was always up in the air because of your UNPROFESSIONALISM. If you are going to LIE at least give everyone the common courtesy and tell people the reason. FYI the communication from the owner was simple, I had no issues it's called being straightforward and not HIDING or waiting for the last minute and become a VICTIM. I don't like saying much when it comes to the studio or owner. I have COMMUNICATED with her and had no issues there. This post sounds like someone is upset because you didn't get your way. I have nothing against you or your choices BUT you let it get this way. I saw MY CHILD suffer cause of the LACK of COMMUNICATION we got from your side. I came across JDI thru Yelp and recommendations from other moms. After going on their website and doing major research on reviews, we decided to enroll her in pre baby ballet. We were previously enrolled for Monday classes and loved Miss Mimi. However; when my work schedule changed we had to move her to Saturdays with Miss Caitlin. The first few classes were a little rough as there were huge gaps in between class times due to the holidays. Miss Caitlin divides her attention very well and it's a huge plus to have an assistant in the class with her. Fast forward to a few months later; now my daughter absolutely loves her class!! She looks forward to her dance class and has showed much improvement. She's no longer a shy and timid 2 year old! The tuition for classes, costumes and recitals are all very reasonable. The studio is very welcoming and staff are all very friendly. Parking is slightly challenging at times but as long as you get there a little early, it's usually not an issue. I have a membership at, and frequent Powerhouse gym. Today we showed up to EOS located on Murrieta Hot Springs Road in Murrieta, Ca. The lady at the front desk at EOS required me to wait for another associate to check me in. Mind you this is not the first time that we have went to EOS in the last two weeks. We waited ten minutes for the other associate and left before being seen. My girlfriend and I had an hour together to workout and spend some quality time. Waiting 10 minutes and not be seen at a gym is horrible, because you expect to go there and get your workout in and leave. For many people time is money and wasting time their time is rude and unprofessional. Members and their guest should not have to wait around for an associate to come do a sales pitch and try to get you to sign up. The person at the front desk should have the waiver form on a tablet, we are in 2026. Anyone paying the higher membership fee to access any EOS and have a guest pass should not have to wait for a sales pitch. If I was new to the area and had intentions to join a gym, EOS management would have lost my business. Allow the patron to quickly sign the waiver to go workout. If they like the gym, they will sign up because the member that brought them would help sell the gym membership for you. And if you keep a good vibe in your gym, that would also sell your membership. Quit wasting people's time and encourage a great workout.
