****IMPORTANT THEIR WEB SITE IS http://www.artisticcleaners.net/contact.php not .com and YELP should update soon" First off not sure who the 1 star reviewer is, but Mark A is not exactly an experienced "Yelper". Anyway, we had a serious 4th of July last minute issue with our Lake Geneva WI rental. Prior renters had left melted milk duds, chocolate milk, you name it all over 3 couches, carpeting, they went to town. I had 48 hours before our next renters "stumbled" upon Artistic Cleaners. They were flat out booked but unlike various others including one large outfit I won't mention, they offered "to squeeze you in before renters arrive July 3, 2015. Keep in mind I called Artistic on July 1 in a panic. They showed up at 4 PM July 2nd 2015 and the gentleman on site called, walked me through everything he would clean and quoted a price right on the spot. They spent hours that evening and left. July 3rd at 8 AM I had a friend go check their work. He said and I quote "Not sure who these people are, but they performed magic buddy and you better keep the close at hand". I called, Emailed, and annoyed these people for 48 hours, desperate to be sure they showed up. They not only tolerated my panic, but performed beyond my expectations. They also "SPOT CLEANED" where possible rather than take advantage of my desperation. After our current renters depart, I will have Artistic Cleaners back in to do a full scrubbing and they are my GO TO carpet and upholstery cleaners from here on out. And this review may sound over the top, fellow YELP people feel free to message me and i will fully attest to their fine work. Thank you Artistic Cleaners for making our home shine last minute before a holiday weekend! read more

Completely exceeded expectation. Look no further, use this company. This company from beginning to end is a WOW. Completely exceeded expectation, from initial call to the amount of time spent tackling the cleaning of many piece of cream colored upholstered furniture after a long distance move. They took time to match the right cleaning technique to the fabric of each piece. Every piece looks brand new. Even my husband commented and he typically won't noticed if it hadn't been for the superior job. This is professional cleaning done right, not like from the quick highly advertised restoration companies or cleaners. A beloved 30 year old down feather chair and ottoman looks like it did the day I bought them. This is the only company I will use moving forward to furniture, rugs, curtains. Highly recommend. read more

I have used Artistic Cleaners for the past 20+ years, encountering a minor problem only once two years ago. My rug came back to me with stains on the back side that were not there when sending the rug to them. So I dismissed it since was on the backside, and the holiday were upon us - I needed to use the rug. This month December 2019, my rug came back to me with an excessive stains on the back, but now also giant blotches on the front where it looks as if some cleaner spilled near it, or bleach, or some kind of over processing occured at their shop. When I questioned them about this, they said I sent to them in this manner. At $270 to clean, why would I have sent a damaged rug to be cleaned - and why would they have accepted this rug for cleaning? Doesn't even make sense - but that was her line. Long and short of it, I asked her to adjust my bill (remove the cost of the cleaning off my now damaged rug) - she refused stating again I sent in damaged. The worse part is she gave me about 5 different explanations of how this damage occurred (wait! I thought I brought in damaged?!). My rug was fine when I sent it for cleaning and freshening for the holidays. Now I have to purchase a replacement rug which is on backorder - no rug for the holidays, AND I'm out $1500! I will never use Artistic Cleaners again. Advice to you: take photos of your rugs at pickup and have driver sign off on the condition of your rug. read more

It's the worst company to clean the carpet I don't use the company anymore my carpet it's look like didn't clean.

Very professional and courteous. I'm a stickler for punctuality and was very pleased that they kept their appointment, actually showing up a few minutes early. We moved out of the area, and wish we could find someone like them. read more

Top notch! They were on time, courteous and did a GREAT job!! Scheduling was a breeze, which I appreciate!!!

I found them on Yelp and gave then a call at the end of the business day. The next morning they called me at 8am and came to my new condo within a half hour to provide me an estimate. The price was great (I'm from Milwaukee and it cost a lot more there) and they were able to start immediately. They got the stains out and the cat smells. The staff was very courteous and friendly. I highly recommend them. read more

Artistic Cleaners did a fabulous job on my shops' carpeting. There were many stains which they were able to remove. They were very professional and I couldn't be happier. I will use them again and give their name out to my family & friends. read more

I needed carpet cleaning and initially found Artistic Cleaners on Yelp. I went to their website and filled out the online form. They responded the same day and confirmed the appointment which was a couple weeks out. The online interaction was very convenient. On day of the cleaning, it was the owner Matt that came out. He took some measurements and gave me an estimate on the spot. I thought the pricing was reasonable and went ahead with the cleaning. I opted for the Scotchgard treatment which added about $90 to the cost. Matt was done within a couple hours. He left good instructions on drying times. He even left shoe covers in case we needed to walk on the carpeting before it completely dried. We did have one issue where the bottom of the sleeper sofa left some rust stains on the carpet. Matt came back within a business day and resolved it promptly. If you need carpet cleaning in the Lake Geneva area, I highly recommend Artistic Cleaners. read more

Maybe they do an okay job with some of you but I have to say they are highly unprofessional. I dropped off a 5x8 rug and wanted to know how much they would charge to clean. She said they would call me with a price. I was hoping to get a number or tag for the rug I was about to leave there but they had none. So I left my rug with no name or number of the rug with this cleaners. Lady called me about 10 days later to tell me that the rug was all finished and the charge was $177. What part of "what is the cost" she did not understand? I am use to Koshgarian rug cleaners in Illinois. They are highly professional, pay in advance (so you know the charge and timeline) and the rug comes back clean and wrapped entirely in paper. This place doesn't even look like a rug cleaner: strip mall and an office. Weird. I do not know what or how they cleaned my rug with nor what was included (Scotch guard, etc.). Returned the rug to me with plastic wrapped at both ends - not entirely around the rug so it can get dirty in the car and not hold up for long term storage. (I was not ASKED about any preference for return. Did they send it out to a 3rd party? Especially unprofessional. Will not be going back. Feel ripped off. read more

We had flood damage in our basement bedroom and needed help! We got a call back right away, the staff and owners were helpful, courteous and answered all our questions and concerns. He arrived on time to give us a quote, he was very knowledgeable and was not a pushy sale man by no means. He was able to do the cleaning right then and there... took his time and did a great job. So glad we did not choose to replace the carpet, Artistic Cleaners made our carpet LOOK and SMELL FANTASTIC! We too will be using them Again. Thank You! read more

Never in my life have I had so much difficulty getting an estimate and having my questions and concerns answered. The office staff lacked in professionalism and service. Prices, touted as competitive are quite steep. I had used them in the past and was happy with the carpet cleaning, but no longer wish to give them my business based on the experience setting up the appointment. read more

I had a vintage rug cleaned here, and the entire experience was great, from start to finish. Katelyn was extremely helpful and nice on the phone. They did a beautiful job on the rug and finished within the time constraints that I asked for. I even received a thank you note and follow up email. FANTASTIC service - I will recommend this company to everyone I know! read more
