I walked in at 5:08pm. He had someone in his chair looked like he just started cutting him... But that's no problem.. Then he points at another man who is sitting on the couch and says "I'm take him before I take your son" So I said "Then we can reschedule". Because we had somewhere to be at 6. I walked out of the establishment and he charged my card for a cancellation fee. Had I been a man and not a woman, this clearly wouldn't have happened. So please if you are a female schedule with someone else he doesn't have respect for you. I told him we would get my money back.. And trust me we will. I play the long game. ;)

(This isn't a breaking point for me, as long as I can get a good cut) For quality work though, it really comes down to paying attention to who's doing it. As a walk-in, Doug is my go to, and Frankie does decent work as well. However, I strongly recommend staying away from Shaun. A potential language barrier perhaps, as asking for a certain length (2in, 3in, etc.) results in just using a #2 or #3 head (1/4in - 3/8in). So on more than once occasion, a much closer cut than wanted. This even happened when I asked for 2 and a half inches, and in hindsight I feel like the (Half inch) request should have made the point, but it seems not. On top of that, sloppy work. Full size hairs, just left without any clean up. For example, I had some still an inch or two where the top of my ear met my head, and even after pointing it out, she unsuccessfully runs a razor across the general area and assumes it's good (even though the hairs are still there). All that said, it's worth the wait on Doug or Frankie if you're a walk-in, or scheduling an appointment ahead of time.

Absolutely the WORSE barber I've ever been to, he didn't apologize or even seem to care. This place is unprofessional and if I could give no stars I would. However, that wasn't our biggest issue with this place. I have a disability, but it's not apparent (You can't tell to look at me). What? It's a general accessible spot in a strip mall parking lot! The woman was concerned for the safety of her car, so she moved it, but that kind of bullying among the community of people with disabilities is shameful. Shame on you. We won't be back.
