I walked in at 5:08pm. He had someone in his chair looked like he just started cutting him... But that's no problem.. Then he points at another man who is sitting on the couch and says "I'm take him before I take your son" So I said "Then we can reschedule". Because we had somewhere to be at 6. I walked out of the establishment and he charged my card for a cancellation fee. Had I been a man and not a woman, this clearly wouldn't have happened. First of all he was 20mins late. I told him what I wanted my son's hair to look like and he did the opposite of what I had asked for. The top is uneven, I told him just to trim it and keep the curls in and all he did was take scissors and chop off the top. He even shaved my sons eyebrows and proceeded to act like nothing happened.
