There was a miscommunication at the start of the project, but in the end, I left satisfied. Julio and his guys did a good job and I feel like my place has more life to it than it did before. For that, I am thankful. Fortunately, I did my own research when it came to the type of paint I felt I should get, where to get it, and approximately how much. Tips/pointers were provided by Julio which I feel were helpful to a newbie customer like me. Overall, I'm happy I chose to use these guys. Pros Courteous and prompt Reasonable pricing Communicative Honest & Helpful Quick and mostly efficient (completed in 1 day) Cons Ended up paying more for paint than what I needed Slight damage to furniture (this was compensated though) Would I recommend? And as much as I would like to give them a good review, them being our last contractor before we finally moved back in our house (after 20 long months of being displaced after Hurricane Beryl), it has been stressful cleaning up after the mess these guys have done to our home. And to this day, we're still finding paint splatters on floors, appliances, furnitures, doors; unpainted areas; uneven paint; it never ends. If you own a home, and you have things inside your home, don't hire these guys. They don't respect your property. Shoe prints on top of our table cover, it's so bad we had to throw it away. We had just installed wood floors on our stairs and there's a lot of scruff marks a thick dirt that we had to scrub it clean. They painted over nails. Paint was dumped on our toilets and sinks, and on our lawn. A simple search confirms that these are ILLEGAL. They tried to deny it but then later admitted to it when confronted. We brought up a lot of these issues shortly after they "finished" and they did come to try to correct many of it. And for that, I give them credit for. But I'm still finding paint splatters on several items, to this day, as we're working our way towards fully settling back in our home. ADDITIONALLY: before they came, we had our home thoroughly and professionally cleaned twice by another contractor specializing on air quality. And those cleaners have video proof of their work so we have evidence of the condition of our home (cleanliness-wise) before these painters roughed it it. I'm truly disappointed and I don't recommend this company to anyone at all.

I called three days before Christmas for an estimate with the expectation of having the exterior of the home painted but completed on my next visit to Texas. Christmas was just days away but it so needed to be sooner than later since the property is up for sale. It was easy to schedule an appointment and Martin was extremely professional, punctual and listened to my concerns, issues and went above and beyond to accomadate my time frame. I was trying to get home for Christmas and Martin surprised me and took on the job two days before Christmas. I never expected him to sacrifice his Christmas Holiday with his family to help me get home (to Indiana) but he did. I was so grateful to him! I had picked out the paint color, showed him the color sample and he picked up. First he power washed the exterior then filled all the small nail holes and problem areas. This took literally 8 hours and I was blown away at how thorough he was. I was so impressed with the pride shown in his work. The following day, Christmas Eve, he arrived with another man, to begin the painting. Everything was safely taped off, and he was so kind when I expressed my concern for leaving the deck the old color. He agreed to painting the deck the new color and proceeded to tape this area off for painting. It did impact the negotiated price but it was a fair price for the large area. He completed the job on Christmas Eve, the worksite was spotless when he left and the home had a beautiful new face lift. His work was impeccable!! The painters I had earlier estimates from had no plans of filling nail holes or repairing noticeable issues. Nor did I feel they cared about the quality of their work. This was not the case here. Do yourself the pleasure and save yourself the heartache by working with a true professional and schedule an estimate for your own painting project. They did all the baseboards which were a mess. The workers were polite and they cleaned up after they were finished. I appreciated the fact that they moved my furniture away from the walls.
