They were so helpful and friendly helping decide exactly what I wanted because it being for my brother i didn't want it to look girlie!! I also told them that I knew he would be there over night but wasn't sure what time he would leave they assured me that they would get it there as early as possible but if they missed they would call me for his home address and deliver it there for no additional charge!! I only needed to give them some input about what I thought my brother and his new wife would enjoy and they handled the rest. The flowers arrived early on the day of the wedding, and right when they promised. There were no hidden fees or surcharges, and the cost for the flowers and delivery was all inclusive. Everyone including the delivery person who set-up the arrangements was so great to work with.
