We are a small in home breeder, not a kennel all our dogs are loved members of our family or one of our guardian home families. We spend a significant amount of time planning, preparing and "designing" each of our litters with the intention and goal of creating healthy, beautiful, trainable, family friendly puppies. We feel a great responsibility in ensuring our puppies receive the best start possible to ensure success in their new families. We believe that this is best accomplished by the early training we provide and by our puppy families being educated on how to properly train and raise a puppy. We help educate and prepare our families before receiving their puppies to ensure a smooth transition from our family to theirs! We also provide a lifetime of support to our Puppies Designed families, we have created many lasting friendships with our previous puppy owners! Occasionally we partner with other in-home breeders who share our same ideas and principles on raising and training puppies, we help take the guessing game out of finding resonsible breeders and quality puppies. We only partner with and assist those breeders who participate in our consulting services and those who comply with our requirements for breeding, raising and training puppies.

I would give zero stars if I could. My experience at Payson Family Pet Hospital was a nightmare…read morethat put my dog's life at risk. After a routine spay, my dog developed an infection at the incision site. When we returned to give them a chance to fix it, things went from bad to worse. A vet tech took her into a back room--away from our sight--and shaved her entire underbelly to the skin to deal with the oozing from the infection. They shaved her so aggressively that it caused a severe skin rash/burn, which the clinic then refused to take any responsibility for. The most terrifying part? After seeing no improvement, we took her to an emergency vet for a second opinion. We were told the medications Payson Family Pet Hospital sent us home with were actually formulated for a cat and weren't even close to the correct dosage for a dog. This clinic is negligent, their staff is reckless, and their lack of accountability is appalling. We will never return. If you love your pets, do not bring them here.

I am writing this to warn every pet owner. Our experience with Payson Family Pet Hospital was…read morenothing short of traumatic for both us and our dog. The Timeline of Neglect: * Post-Op Pain: Two days before New Year's Eve, our dog was spayed. At the check-up call, we explicitly told them she was in significant pain and needed meds. They promised to have the doctor sign off before the holiday--then went completely silent. We were left watching our dog suffer for three days before we had to be the ones to call them back. * The Infection & "Care": Once she finally started meds, the incision began oozing. I had to beg them to see her. When we arrived, we pointed out the matting on her legs caused by the discharge. Without any explanation, a tech took her to a back room and--instead of being gentle--aggressively shaved her, leaving her with severe clipper burns that made it painful for her to even sit down. * Medical Malpractice: They prescribed antibiotics for the discharge, which we later discovered (via an emergency vet) were formulated for a cat and severely under-dosed for a dog of her size. * Emergency Intervention: Because she was in so much pain from the infection and the clipper burns, we had to go to an emergency vet. They had to sedate her for two hours just to properly clean the discharge--a procedure Payson Family Pet Hospital never even offered or attempted. * Zero Accountability: The only "check-in" we received from the doctor at Payson was three days after the (incorrect) antibiotics were prescribed. We haven't heard a word since. They were reckless with her medication, careless with her physical body, and indifferent to her pain. PLEASE, take your fur babies somewhere where they will actually be safe.
