My husband teases me because my eyes lit up on our first call with Michelle the second she whipped out her color coded spreadsheet and started to explain her process. Boy did they not disappoint. I told so many people that I wished that Heather, our Executive Planner, planned more things in my life. Monthly calls with her for the two years leading up to the wedding were the highlight of the month. She could not have been more responsive or done a better job of keeping us on track. It was particularly reassuring to know that we were in good hands given that we were planning this wedding from afar. It was so helpful to have her team recommend pre-vetted vendors so all we needed to do was review their websites and have a quick chat (and of course we loved all their recommendations). Michelle was the one with the artistic vision who did all the gorgeous design work. Let me tell you, this wasn't just a few "vision board" photos. This was a 60+ page design document complete with suggestions for invitations to floral to drinks that matched! Then she and the team brought it to life. The wedding itself was an absolutely dream, above and beyond what we'd hoped, but that also wasn't a surprise because we'd known all along that we were in the best hands. Everyone commented on how relaxed I was on the day of the wedding, but that was because I trusted Heather and the team with 100% confidence and they did not disappoint. My mother-in-law now wants to be Heather's assistant! Boy are we going to miss working with this team.

You can just imagine how hard it was to plan and coordinate everything with us being on the other side of the country during a global pandemic. Elysha and the team at Michelle Leo were amazing to work with and took care of everything. Our day ended up being perfect.

Not only does Braelynn's expertise support in U.S. based weddings, she is also an expert for Mexico weddings. Braelynn created timelines, clear expectations, breakdowns on budgets/payments... It seriously was so easy to plan ahead and not feel the weight of the world on our shoulders. Braelynn's designs are so beautifully thought out with the intentionality about the couple and the environment of the wedding. We trusted her input and it truly exceeded our expectations. She really captured us through her work. Braeylnn's agility to take on last minute change/vendor communication is unmatched. My husband and I got married in Cabo during Hurricane Norma. Our venue requested to change our wedding date two days in advance from our original date. This was the day we were leaving for Cabo. Imagine that scenario? Communicating with vendors, guests, and changing the wedding timeline completely? I don't know if she slept, but she did it. My husband and I literally wouldn't have been to do this without her. She made us feel loved, helped us changed our perspective, and shed so much light. She fought for our day to happen, and we are forever thankful for her. Having a wedding planner is a no brainer. But something that Braelynn offers that no one else does is her genuine care about her couples. It's felt in every single detail. Everything for our event ran smoothly, Braelynn was attentive to any issues (all small) that came up during our wedding day. She is the sweetest and easiest person that I have ever worked with. Along with her attention to detail, she was accommodating to all the areas we may have overlooked. Thorough, pedantic, and candid were some of her many traits that made our special event more better. If Braelynn was in the business of events in general, she would be the only person we would want to work with. The wedding was a special day all on its own, but Braelynn's efforts solidified it thus more. I would highly recommend working with her and her team to anyone looking for wedding planner / coordinator. Cordial and wonderful in every way possible, truly the best.

They are both very organized and professional. I was never worried about anything falling through the cracks. I was also able to bounce ideas off of them and they always gave their honest opinion. They're also so kind and were genuinely fun to work with. Our wedding went perfectly because of them. We had a few bumps with the venue along the planning process, but Kristin & Kylee always solved any problem we came across. One thing I loved about working with Soiree was being able to meet with them at the venue in person on a few different occasions. This made me feel that much more confident in their execution as we could physically walk around the venue and talk about floor plans, decor, etc. On the day of the wedding, I couldn't have asked for a better team. We had to worry about literally nothing as the 2 of them took care of everything. They were also there at the very end of the night to help load and deliver the extra items that we weren't expecting to have to take home, which was so very much appreciated! I felt extremely confident throughout the entire process and am not exaggerating when I say they executed everything flawlessly and just how we had envisioned. Would highly recommend Soiree for any event planning needs!

It may not be the largest venue, but it's quaint and has a nice garden and patio space out back. I attended an event as a part of the volunteer committee that was helping with some of the logistics such as food and clean up, so I got to see a little bit of the behind the scenes stuff. The kitchen area is very small, but has a fridge and large ice maker. It's best for premade food that doesn't need a lot of prep. The staff is incredibly helpful and accommodating, if you do need anything. The main room is really pretty and has a neat ceiling covered in white drapery. It can be transformed to many different styles, depending on your taste. I especially like the large stair case that enters the main room, just inside the doors to the garden area.

    My wife and I got married at Arbor Manor a couple of weeks ago, and I can't recommend it enough…read more Mike, the venue manager, has years of experience and is a joy to work with -- from the planning process (where he recommended vendors and helped us plan out our ring ceremony) to laying out the floor plan to working with the DJ to coordinate that the flow of the event ran smoothly, Mike made our day perfect. He even went the extra mile to ensure we had food/water while we were mingling with guests. The venue itself is also beautiful -- the inside is beautifully draped, and the outdoor patio is shaded and a lovely spring/summer spot when the trees and flowers are in bloom. And the gazebo makes for amazing photos! If I had to do my wedding again, I wouldn't hesitate to do it again at Arbor Manor. Thanks Mike for an incredible day!!

    Hiring Hoopes was the best decision I made…read more I found Hoopes online through reviews so I want to be sure to share my feedback! We were thrown quite a curve ball the day of my wedding in that due to a completely unforeseeable situation, our venue became unavailable. I work as a project manager and can admit I am a very hands-on and organized person. I originally did not plan to hire any additional planning or coordinating services but finally decided an extra pair of hands would be helpful. Even if everything had gone according to plan, Roberta & Shelby were SO much more than just the extra pair of hands I thought I needed. There was no way any of us could have predicted the last minute venue change, but Roberta & Shelby handled it flawlessly. Without them, no amount of my organization or planning could have pulled off our wedding the way they did. Roberta was incredibly professional. She notified me early on of the changes, but only after she had time to begin working out a new action plan. I appreciated being kept in the loop, but also appreciated that she didn't call me the second the news broke...informing me of problems without potential solutions to offer would have been extra stress I didn't need in that moment. Roberta & Shelby were also absolutely in sync with Park City Resort and all of my other vendors. The communication and coordination was excellent. Because they had both taken the time to get to know me and understand my vision in the weeks leading up to the wedding, they did an amazing job of recreating our decor in a new venue space. Everything was exactly how I would have liked to see it, even though I wasn't available to provide any input. The planning leading up to our wedding was also perfectly executed. Roberta & Shelby asked the right questions, ran with my ideas, and prompted me to think about different approaches when appropriate. Roberta & Shelby are both extremely capable and professional, but what makes them stand a part from other professionals in your field is how genuine they are. They genuinely wanted to make this wedding my dream wedding, and they went above and beyond at every turn. Roberta even offered to hold our guest's baby during dinner so the couple could enjoy their meal. Although this wasn't something I saw, at least 20 of my guests did notice and made a point to tell me how amazing the Hoopes team was! That's exactly the kind of detail only a person genuinely committed to delivering an above and beyond experience would even think to do. My husband (!) and I are blown away by the HOOPES team.
