For context, I stopped shopping on Sundays months ago due to prior issues involving Melissa (weekend manager) and another employee. After six months away, I tried again--same result. I also observed smoking within a few feet of the public entrance when I arrived. On 10/19/2025, I brought two early '70s Batman issues to the 5-items-or-fewer line with Melissa, who was visibly agitated and had just called for additional front-end help. She allowed a one-item customer to go ahead--no issue. During my checkout, she began picking at the price stickers, bending the books, and left nail marks on a cover. I politely asked her not to remove stickers--a routine request I've made many times here because it can damage older paper. She paused for ~30 seconds, then rolled her eyes and replied, "Suuuuuure" in a sarcastic tone as if to imply I was crazy. I declined the purchase and stepped away. She called after me that she would personally buy the books so "no one would lose out," then grabbed the phone, threatened to call the police, ordered me to leave, and banned me--in front of three cashiers and roughly 6-8 customers. I was also accused of "threatening/harassing," which was unfounded and embarrassing. I value this store, but the conduct today was unprofessional and needlessly escalatory--especially from a manager. I hope ownership reviews the footage, clarifies handling of collectibles (including sticker removal), and addresses customer communication and de-escalation.

You will feel like you are entering a magical place and when you do finally enter, you sense that the owner has taken the time to create a special spot for each treasure to shine. This may sound corny, but you will understand what I mean as you peruse through all the displays. There are figurines of every kind, vintage games and housewares, bottles, buttons, miniature accessories for your assemblages or doll house projects . . . I've been visiting Rochester for 5 years and only today have I discovered this gem. It's worth checking out. And, even if you don't find something on your first visit, you will leave with a lighter gait in your feet.

Drove past here a few times and couldn't pass up going into a cute little thrift store. This place was everything but little with endless rooms and even a whole second floor. Things are pretty cheap considering other thrift stores sometimes can raise the price for things but this one was pretty reasonable. The ONLY downfall here is I was super turned off by a roach chilling in one of the clothes racks hanging on a shirt. I almost died. Either way, great store if you're in the area. Just wash everything - like really good. There's definitely something for everyone in here!

I purchased a decent amount of random items including some Pokemon cards from a vendor upstairs, three packs at $5 each. Upon getting home and giving them to my son to open, we found they are counterfeit, and bad ones at that. One card was printed backwards and all of them look wonky. I realize it is a multi vendor store, but fake merchandise is unacceptable. It makes me question the other, probably honest vendor. If it wasn't an hour and a half away, I would have brought them back for an explanation, if not a refund. Very disappointin.

It can be a bit tight as you try to browse. It's a popular store. Some of their specialties include great smelling large candles with matching potpourri, and faux greens and picks. They have amazing wreaths and door decor as well. Always available to help you recreate something they have done or to create what you were dreaming of.
