It's a charming environment. A very wide selection of handmade creations from a lot of different artists from wood, to years, photos, paintings, jewelry and more. We purchased 3 items, but once we got home in Tampa, we realized the finish on the Lake Canandaigua Lazy Susan was damaged, under where (I think) the original price tag was but I can't be sure since it was removed and wrapped for us. It's still a beautiful piece and we are definitely going to keep it on display, and of course use it. However it's a disappointment as we purchased this as a memento, and it wasn't inexpensive. We know none of our guests would be rude enough to comment on it as the piece is very unique. read more

The most adorable shop in Naples. They have all sorts of handmade goods from pottery to jewelry to photography. There were some affordable prints I now regret not buying like some cool floral shots and funny b&w cow photos. I might just go back to pick one up. The landscape shots made me really appreciate the region we live in. They had panoramas of all the seasons. Also, they carried the coolest wooden carved topography maps of the finger lakes. If any one needs ideas for a gift for me... look no further! Also shout out to Mere Were! They had one of her love mugs there -- a rarity these days so if you want one, you can get it here. Another amazing find are the kitchen utensils -- they had the coolest handmade rolling pins with two-tone wood inlays. We ended up only taking home a wasabi mustard, which will pair so well with my homemade pretzels. Can't wait to try it! But I know I'll be back again. The owner was the sweetest. She offered us muffins and coffee when we walked in (conplimentary) and offered suggestions for local spots to eat on our way out of Naples. What a wonderful surprise to discover this hidden creative place in upstate NY! The gallery truly offers original beautiful and affordable creations. I spent an hour selecting my gifts which unfortunately I had to travel back to Hawaii with so I was limited...but so many wondetful crafts to select. I discovered this place during grapefest and the two floors are a "must see" for anyone visiting this area. The service was exceptional. We've loved this place for many years. Unfortunately, our last visit was a disappointment. We found some wonderful artwork we purchased for several hundred dollars. No complaints until the person ringing us up announced there was an additional several percent fee to use a credit card. EXCUSE ME?! This is not an inexpensive store. We were stunned that we were being asked to pay more after we were already purchasing hundreds of dollars of items. It was a slap in the face. We've never experienced this fee before at this store. Additionally, there's no sign posted we could see announcing the fee. They deceptively don't tell you the additional fee for credit until you're ringing up. This is a terrible and infuriating practice that is an insult and disrespect to customers. This is lousy business practice 101. We felt humiliated and taken advantage of. We purchased the art we wanted that day but NEVER again will I spend one penny in this place when the have such contempt for their customers. I'll find the name of the artists I like there and find their work somewhere else. Still fuming mad this place is ruined by greed. read more

Suzanne, the owner, is a sweet and informative hostess as soon as you walk into Artizanns. They have local artists work that ranges from jewlery and pottery to sculpture, painting and photography. Suzanne will happily tell you all about any of the local artists- all of whom she personally knows. The building is a historic house that uses its smaller rooms as intimate display galleries. There are tons of great finds and I can easily spend an hour looking through their two floors of art. I bought a beautiful necklace and earring set this past time and other times I have gotten postcards or other finger lakes momentos. A must visit- the most adorable part of Naples main street! read more
