primarily dealt with Furmin and Alex. At the beginning, communication was good and they seemed…read moreresponsive and helpful. Unfortunately, once the project moved into the scheduling and installation phase, the experience became extremely disappointing. The quality of the installation was poor. The carpet edges were not finished properly, and the bullnose trim on the steps was installed very poorly. The workmanship did not meet basic expectations. What was most frustrating was the lack of accountability afterward. Once corporate payment had already been processed, communication completely stopped. My calls and text messages were never returned. Good contractors stand behind their work and maintain communication even after payment is received. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. Go to the Hard Rock in Bayside so you can see their work first hand.

The responsiveness of the Ruben and his team is a rare thing to find in the South Florida market. The price was in line with what we expected, but the level of communication and a quick turnaround time from start to finish set Top Turf apart from the other companies we spoke with first. Thankfully, a neighbor had already used the company a few years ago which turned out to be a wonderful referral for us. We could not be any happier.

Seems this business was sold. I had some damage that needed to be repaired. It took weeks to get…read moresomeone out to the house, ultimately the repair job was less than ideal. They did ask me if they did a good job, but after some discussion, it just didn't seem like the repair/patch would be "seamless" which is what I was promised during installation. The new owners seemed to have lost my records including product type, so the patch job is a different product and is noticeable. That said, they did seem to fix my problems as best they could, and they came back to repair at no charge to honor the original warranty. May be good for new installations but be cautious with information on repairs and long-term maintenance.
