Would give zero if I could
Arthur's Bar was, without question, one of the worst dining experiences I've had in recent memory. From the moment we arrived, the service was apathetic at best--disinterested staff, long waits, and absolutely no sense of urgency or hospitality.
When the food finally arrived, it was ice cold. Not lukewarm. Not room temp. Ice cold. As if it had been sitting in a back corner of the kitchen and forgotten. The burger, which is supposedly one of their "house specials," tasted like something you'd pull from the freezer aisle at Costco--bland, rubbery, and clearly pre-packaged. It had none of the flavor, texture, or quality you'd expect from even a mid-tier pub.
No manager came by to check in, no effort was made to correct the experience, and it was clear that the staff had no interest in customer satisfaction. At no point did this feel like a place that takes pride in its food or service.
If you're looking for a relaxed pub meal with decent food and decent service, this isn't it. There are far better places within walking distance that actually care about your experience. Save your time, your money, and your appetite. Arthur's Bar simply isn't worth any of them. read more
