My two year old daughter and I attended the Mommy & Me class and it was super fun. Compared to other Mommy & Me classes in the area, it is certainly the most affordable, only $40/6 week session. She then wanted to try hip hop so I put her in the summer camp for hip hop and she loved it. Well when the time came to re register her for fall classes, I took too long and the classes filled up. I wrote the staff explaining how much she really wanted to be in hip hop. Next thing I know I got an email confirming the hip hop registration. I love how involved the staff is with each and every student. I love that anytime I go in to pick my daughter up from class, it's nothing but positive enegery. I love this company and I dont ever see us leaving.

She never gave me my contact until the next day via chat might I add. I canceled 3 hours after I left. She said she doesn't have to give me back my money. So I'm taking her to court. I'd rather pay a lawyer 300 and make her pay me back. She's stole my money off you ask me. Oh and she told me why she couldn't give it back because she already paid her rent with it and the contract I signed said so. I reminded her she didn't give me the contract or she didn't tell me it wasn't refundable. Yes I should have taking the contract back after she snatched it away from me when I signed it. But I trusted her, my bad. She keeps saying I'm threatening her, I never have, just told her I would post on line what a shaddy business she is. And she will be served with court papers. So please feel free to share. I'm also going to post this on her site she advertises on renters beware!

The sudden news came with a promise that the multiple deposits could be moved to 2021 but they couldn't afford to refund my money. Pretty awful considering I then had to find 3 weeks of summer camp at the last minute for my two children with almost no notice and down a few hundred dollars. I email immediately that I would not put my trust In them for any future sessions, no response. So 2021 rolls around and I send numerous emails requesting my refund for the previous years camp hoping they can "afford" to return my 6 deposits rather than steal my money as a punishment for their business' poor performance- nope. They do not even acknowledge my emails. Pathetic. So I can't speak to what kind of service they might provide but beware giving them any deposits Bc if they decide to cancel your service- they'll collect your money with zero regret or ethical consideration. Being involved with other dance studios, I've never seen something more selfish or unprofessional.

Unfortunately, my experience with customer service has been extremely disappointing. I canceled my personal training program on June 6, but my credit card continued to be charged through the end of July. When I called about the charges, I was told there was no problem and that I would be refunded for the month of July. It has now been over a month, and I still have not received my refund. Even more frustrating, I have repeatedly called, emailed, and asked to speak with someone at the gym, but I cannot get a response. My calls are not returned, my emails go unanswered, and I have had the same experience trying to contact the manager. I really like the gym itself, but the lack of communication and follow-through is unacceptable. A simple refund that I was already promised should not be this difficult to resolve. **Customer service at this gym needs serious improvement. I'm still waiting for my refund and still in limbo.**
