We had our first lesson today with Yuliia. We are beginners but she was patient and fun! Can't wait for our second lesson!

Being a Gold Level dancer, I am one step away from Professional Level. So if anyone wishes to enhance his/her credentials in dancing go take classes from her. Additionally, she gets the best of the World's best, such as Andrew Phillips, to add to the dance instruction repertoire. Her studio is welcoming as well as giving your moneys worth. Her Dance Socials enhances the student's confidence in dancing to an audience. A point she always emphasizes at every Social. Furthermore, she is a local (U.S.) and International Adjudicator, which adds to her already estimable credentials.

I've been taking Salsa lessons from Ilona who is easily one of the best teacher's I've ever met. She is extremely talented and knowledgeable, and has a talent for breaking things down in a way that is understandable, fun, and doable. I'm the quintessential math nerd with two left feet who's go-to move is the robot, so if I can learn Salsa, anyone can. You can tell the people here put a lot of thought and care into what they do, and I am beyond grateful I ended up with such an excellent teacher at such a well run studio.

I have been a member of 2 other local gyms, could not remain a consistent member. December 2025 my wife convinced me to stop-over at Lifetime. Nick Sanders took us on a tour, explained the facilities, costs, etc. I am overwhelmed by the place & concerned I won't fit-in nor learn he equipment. Nick spoke extensively with me about how common this emotion is for both women & men! He counseled me to take 1 step at a time and understand this was an important lifestyle decision. Joined the club & will begin the journey after returning from visiting the grandkids in California, where btw they have a club not far from their home. Wish me luck!

She is currently a high school senior balancing final exams, end-of-year sports commitments, concerts, and other school obligations she has committed to through graduation. Throughout communication with the manager she would be reporting to, she provided the days and times she was available based on her school schedule and activities. However, no specific onboarding or training dates were clearly communicated upfront, such as mandatory dates for the team. After a misunderstanding regarding "next week" versus the week after Memorial Day -- when she actually has days off from school -- she received a message stating that more availability was expected from her. Shortly after, he informed her that he would have to let her go because of this. What was also concerning was the expectation of ongoing text communication during the school day. In New York, students are not permitted to be using their phones during school hours, yet she felt pressured to respond. Students and parents should be aware of this lack of communication and understanding when dealing with high school applicants. Clear onboarding expectations and schedules should be communicated upfront, especially when hiring students who are still actively in school. A little professionalism and respect for academics would have gone a long way here.

We usually do the unlimited classes and 3-4x per week which really helped us get back into working out in 2021 after the pandemic. There are also some fun challenges during different months which were fun and kicked us into high gear! Highly recommend to anyone looking to start a new workout routine. I especially love the accountability of signing up for a class and even if you do not feel like going in the morning. Trust me I'd rather show up then pay the penalty. Personally, I find it motivating! There was once where we could not make it due to personal reasons, and they waived the fee for us due to the issue being last minute and unavoidable. Jordan, the general manager is great with any concerns or changes. I know some people complain about this, but just remember that if you need to cancel they need 30 day notice! We had no issues when cancelling as we were moving out of state to Chicago. Would have loved to stay if I could have! Overall this studio is understanding, kind, and I love all the instructors and staff that work there! They also work with your personal goals, and push you to improve every class. If you have any injuries or limitations they also make it easy to find alternatives and never shame or make you feel bad. I love the vibe and energy of this group, you will too!
