There are classes 6 days a week (maybe even 7, I'm not sure), and they just opened up a bigger and better studio to accommodate more people. Classes with Melissa on Fridays also whoop my a$$ in gear! Kayt has an awesome team of instructors, she should be proud of such an awesome studio that welcomes all levels of abilty and really helps make all women feel sexy in their skin! Located in downtown, Middletown, CT, Vinnie's is home to a bunch of different alternative classes, including (but not limited to) Yoga, Belly dancing, swing, B-Boying, and the list does not stop there. This is the dance school that seems to caters to adults first, and then the children. The ages of folks taking these classes varies from 17 to 67 and probably beyond! The classes are also affordable. As a bboy, I stepped into a swing-dancing club night there and it was amazing - they treated me like one of their locals and when the beat was right, I was able to do my thing and they loved it. It was a great show of reciprocated respect and admiration for how we expressed ourselves. Anyway, I would take a look at Vinnie's, see their schedule and take a class or two! I was actually stunned how Laurent was able to teach them so much in so little time! He also helped me and the bride's father with our dances with our children, too! Laurent was pleasant, professional and a joy to work with! We all had a ball and he even helped us with our freestyle moves when we had a dance party at the end of the lesson. Crystal took two non-dancers and made us look fabulous - more so than we could have ever dreamed! With her expertise and Josh's style coaching we felt so comfortable performing the routine. We could not recommend Crystal and Josh any more!! We are confident that we would not have received a fraction of the individualized attention and choreography had we gone to a run of the mill ballroom dance studio. The instructor (Tammy) was very welcoming, explained how Zumba works for first timers, and encouraged us to focus on the footwork if we were getting lost doing the moves. I enjoyed the friendliness of the participants, the encouragement of the instructor, and the volume level of the music. My one complaint is it is not always easy to see the instructor, if she was on a raised stage that would be better. If you are expecting a gym environment, that is not the case. There are no locker rooms and limited restrooms. Overall, this was a very positive experience, and I may return.

The whole first week everyday it was almost the same thing not knowing where kids needed to be, making them miss busses, and staff still working later than clock out time.
