One was my brand new Buick Regal after…read morehitting a large piece of metal on 33 which left what looked like claw marks in my rear fender and my wife's brand new Ford Escape after she was rear ended by a Volvo. Both repairs were perfect (cannot tell anything was done) and the prices were extremely reasonable. Another local body shop quoted me about $1,500 for my Regal but they fixed it for $300. They only do the work that needs to be done and don't try to talk you into unnecessary additional costs. It is nice to have a reliable and honest place to go.

When dropping it off, they hadn't even gotten the parts ordered yet. Had my car for a month because "I signed a form stating they could keep it up to 30 days" Was told multiple times "we promise it will be ready tomorrow". Finally get the car back with no working turn signal - one of the parts that was supposed to be replaced, bubbles in the paint, tape on the window, etc etc. after they kept it for a day to go through "quality control" After leaving it there an additional week to fix these issues, all my tires were low and also find out that the battery they replaced without my permission is not good. In addition to all of that, there were no real apologies for the crappy work and time delays. They did contribute to my deductible but I would rather have left there with a vehicle that was safe to drive vs having some cash. Not confident in the repairs they did at all and the customer service is a joke. State Farm should be ashamed for having them on their list of approved places I was forced to choose from.

More than once, I had less than a day's notice that the date was being pushed back again. I also had to call them to find out that it wasn't going to be completed on time, which to me is unacceptable. I should have received a courtesy call with more notice that they're running behind or have run into some issues with the repair. The process was frustrating overall.

I am a student and had to bear the whole repair cost of my car and so I asked for a discount. I got a good discount after talking to the owner but then they reduced it. I understand that repair estimate can never be final cost but still asked if I could get the initial discount just to test my luck in the day of picking up the car. A guy named Alex, I guess the son of the owner said '...we put your shit together here....there are parts, sales tax...so if you want your car today you have to pay xxxx...'. I picked up my car and left. I realized they are not '...that's the best we can do, man. sorry that you have to go through this...' type of people. Also they called me on a random day and gave me 2 days to pick up the car midweek or storage fee starts which felt like an ultimatum. I called the next day to request to withdraw the storage fee and the person picked said he can't because the owner is in vacation. Apparently the customers have to suffer because none else can take a decision while the owner is in vacation. This place is family-owned. I do appreciate the detailed inspection and overall repair, though. But they heavily lack basic people skills and organizational skills and trust me you want that.
