I called them up and asked if they had time for a 'walk in', and the guy told me to come straight down. I popped in and showed him my design, and when I asked when he could so it, he said "Now." Half an hour later I left with a new work of art, and that was that. Having been in the game for a long time now, the owner knows his stuff, and the young guy who works alongside him seems to be quite popular too. Although I paid a lot more than usual, I put it down to the fact that since my last tattoo, this form of expression has become 'the new black' with everyone getting ink done these days.

It is well placed, just past all the East Brunswick Restaurant area, and the tram stops right outside their door. There is plenty of great art on the walls to distract you during the process itself. The staff at the studio are amazing artists, I'd recommend checking out their work on Instagram (https://instagram.com/lygonsttattooco/) as they don't seem to have a stand alone website. It is cash only, so make sure you know how much you're potentially going to spend and bring the dollars accordingly.

An incident that happened when i was with a mate, which made me laugh my arse off.. :) Professional and classy they are not, rude and arrogant they are... But what they lack in professionalism they make up in quality and skilfulness of work... I've had 3 tattoos done and have been happy with all of them... My first tattoo with them was 16 years ago and it's still in excellent quality condition... One word of advice is don't take things to personally with them... Would i go back? It's the only place in Melbourne where i get tattoos done...
