Despite have funds on hold i did her the favor and returned the Groupon and paid her directly. I did the brow lamination. Never again. The owner Jessica her self said my eyebrows didn't take so she left the perm in longer. Well she burned me. I have a huge heat rash all over my eyebrows and then charged me an additional $10 for "cleaning" I told her I'm scared of wax and she said her wax was chocolate wax and it wouldn't burn or hurt. It did burn and left my the skin surrounding my eyebrows red and irritated. I'm a nurse and I have Silvadene ( prescription burn cream) on hand. But what really sucks is how my she waxed off way too much. After spending weeks growing them out for this stupid new trend now I have to re grow them to fix what she did. Brow lamination is suppose to have your brows looking fuller not thinner. Waste of $55.

Really disappointing experience. I called to make an appointment, and after they refused to take my…read morespanish number, I provided a US number instead. Before I could even properly finish giving the number, the lady interrupted me and simply said she couldn't make the appointment because she was busy. I completely understand, but she said she would call me back, and never did. After I called a few times, they never picked up the phone. The experience got even worse from there. It's incredible difficult to get in touch with anyone since they never picked up the phone. The schedule displayed online and on the sign appears to be completely unreliable. I even went there in person at 4:00pm on a Tuesday, when the sign clearly indicated they were open-- only to find the place closed. Honestly, I have rarely experienced such poor communication and such an unwelcoming attitude from the lady. Being busy is acceptable, but abruptly cutting someone off and refusing to help, even after providing the requested US phone number, is extremely frustrating. If you enjoy chasing businesses that don't answer calls, don't follow up, and may or may not be open when they say they are, this is the place for you. Otherwise, save yourself the frustration.

I'm honestly shocked at how unprofessional this salon turned out to be. At first, the hair wash was…read moreactually very nice, and I was even attended by the owner. But once she finished my blowout, it was extremely mediocre -- flat, lifeless, and nowhere near worth what I paid. I could've done a better job myself at home. Without my consent, she proceeded to put oil in my hair. I didn't even realize she was applying it until it was already on my scalp, which completely ruined any chance of getting the volume I wanted. When I told her I didn't like how my hair looked and asked for more volume, she basically shrugged it off and said there was nothing she could fix because she had already put the oil in. Then she charged me $55 for a simple wash and blow-dry, which is an absolutely outrageous price given the poor quality of the service. To make it worse, when I called the salon just 15 minutes after leaving to express my concerns, the owner told me I had a "nasty attitude," refused any type of refund, and hung up on me. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. This salon lacks experience, lacks professionalism, and clearly lacks any understanding of customer service. I've been here before and have never been treated this way. I will never return, and I strongly advise others to think twice before booking here.
