While they work on hourly consult rates which is a refreshing option for many of us, on a recent project, my business was clearly not valued. Calls and emails were not returned for days or weeks, plans not sent as promised, all eventually resolved through my repeated follow-ups. The justified reason is that a bigger client was requiring all their time. Customer Service 101. I pay my invoices on time and without question. I will set aside the sales tax issue which required multiple emails to be resolved. The last straw was the requirement to pay for a 4th consult by a sharp deadline or my consult would be canceled. What choice did I have? I will find an interior design firm that will appreciate my business.

After many failed attempts to pick a proper house color ourselves we hired Jaci. Many months after…read morepainting I could not be more happy and confident in the colors she recommended. The look of our house went from a faded peach we hated into a set of bolder colors we really love, including painting the house, the trim, the stucco retaining wall, the brick retaining wall, and our stucco fountain base. I am very sure if we painted using any of the six colors my wife and I got samples of before we got Jaci's help I wouldn't be happy. Since we spent a bit more for her services I come home now and I unwavering love the look of our home, and have for many months. She really keyed into the positives and negatives of our house's shape and worked to produce a result we are just in love with. She gave us options. She noted and we talked about the neighborhood palette. She went back and forth comparing paint chips with the concrete, with the roof, with the brick and stone. In short she thought about this about 10x++ more than I had. She presented us with some options and was very receptive to feedback. She was prompt and good with communication and wanted to ensure we really felt like we got what we wanted out of her services. I'm glad we decided to hire her rather than spending a lot of money for a result we would not have been happy with. When we decide to do a kitchen remodel it was a no brainer to try to again hire Jaci to help us put together something that we will love. The thoughts of "where do we start first" and "would the cabinets really go with those floors" and "do we even know all the options we have at this point, shouldn't we talk to someone?" have again led us to reach out for Jaci's services and it's wonderful to be confident that we are going to again work with someone we really liked working with, and most importantly knowing we will be happy with the results.

I've always regarded him as my modern day Van Gogh and always believed any of his items would be dramatically out of my reach. I finally found the nerve to reach out to him and ask about commission pricing after seeing one of his commission work videos. The piece I had seen was well beyond my budget but he had lots of options and items available. I had no idea!! I admired his Phoenix Flower design and message behind it. I asked if I could add one of his Mostly For Her poems to it and wanted him to select the colors. I showed him a few samples of his other works that I liked as well as some personal photos for inspiration and he was able to create the most beautiful vision.
