She even let us go upstairs to view and sit in their venue space they rent out. Eccentric and comfortable, but down to earth and all natural wood furniture. It was beautiful and the natural light from the windows made it a inviting. I also purchased a cup of coffee that they are now offering. They offered different cream options and sugars and flavoring. It was just want I need that morning. My kid found this neat spilt rock plant he wanted and I found some cookies and chocolates. I loved some of the clothes they had, just wasn't something I was interested in buying at the time. We definitely want to go back for Christmas time. My personal experience with this appraiser is not good. She seemed nice in person, but plays…read morewhatever the lender wants the appraisal to be at, and will not give an honest appraisal, even though you are the one paying out of pocket for it. She de-valued my house by $56,000 for "functional depreciation", because it was "too nice". No joke. And its a nice house but nothing out of the norm for a newly built home. She was pulling older comps to try to get it down, and had the sqft wrong. I corrected her and gave her up-to-date comps; she updated the sqft to MORE sqft but did not increase the value by $1. I declined to go with that lender after the corrupted appraisal, went with another lender (Transcend Credit Union), and they sent out an honest appraisal who agreed the last appraiser was screwing us (Deveau Appraisals), and the new appraiser appraised my home for $80,000 more.... I DO NOT recommend using this person AT ALL. Even after I called her out on her bs appraisal and gave her a chance to correct it based off the data and facts I provided, she still stuck to the exact number the lender wanted to lend on the refi, and not a dollar more.

There were no people either - not in the booths, not walking around - nobody as in nobody, minus the two girls at the very front of the store. Actually I became aware that malls can be all on one floor once I was out of the New York area. Visions of Day of The Dead began, the second George Romero zombie movie after Dawn of The Dead, back then zombies were smarter than they are now, just like some people I know now. Ya ever feel dumber walking away from a conversation with someone you knew years ago and hadn't seen in a while and - well, it's just hard for me to ingest that. Anyway, those zombies entered a mall, what a great horror movie - actually, all the movies in that series were excellent - any horror fans out there? So I bought a few shirts, nice quality cotton tees with a picture of an angry bear on one and a skull on the other and slashed the sleeves off the moment I got to the urban assault vehicle.
