After years of purchasing ink and toner with a limited budget, our family decided to open a shop of our own back in 2007. It was the ultimate "when life gives you lemons, you make lemonade" moment -- and for over 10 years, we've consistently offered our community the caring service and prices they deserve. Our job isn't to sell ink, but to help our customers get that vital information or special project onto paper. And at the end of the day, all we want for our customers is quality and affordability in every sheet of paper they print.
History
Established in 2007.
The frustration of trying to buy ink and toner on a limited budget (We have 9 children) drove us to remanufacture and refill cartridges. After going to training in North Carolina, we opened our first location in April of 2007 at 4975 N Dixie Hwy, where we grew to the point of needing more space, and moved to our current location at 216 South Mulberry St. in January of 2010.
Meet the Business Owner: Doug G.
When working with Doug, you can expect commitment to excellence, a passion for efficiency, and genuine honesty. Doug lives by doing what is right for the customer.
1) Well Rounded Business Person: With more than 20 years working in the management field, and actively managing businesses in excess of 6M in sales per year, Doug has the experience and the inside knowledge that enables him to facilitate a smooth working relationship, to make your work easier.
2) Dedicated to excellence: Doug is the President/CEO of Ink and Toner Solutions, and still works 4 days a week in the operation to ensure that his partners in business (his clients) are taken care of quickly and correctly.
3) Continuous improvement: Doug's favorite Questions are: "Can we do it better/more efficiently for our customer", and" What will set us apart from the 'other guys'?"
4) Family Man: Married to his Soul-mate in 2001, Mary Jo and Doug have 9 Children, two daughter-in-laws, and four very special Grandchildren
