It was a multiple person, multiple day to get things organized. It turns out the items never left the warehouse. Once we eventually received all the items, there were incorrect items and missing items. It is now 6 months later and this has not been rectified, so we are still missing tent covers and we still have the incorrect trolleys. I have emailed several times about this and have not received a response.

He showed us a few alternative products from what we were looking at and ended up going with one he suggested. Service was fast and easy - about ten days for everything to get stitched. Alice was also helpful. She talked to us about what could and could not be done with thread. Above all, awesome prices. I spent $60 on a quality spring jacket and that includes embroidery on the chest. I didn't even have to order bill for that price. Couldn't be happier with the price.

Okay Icing By Claire's is one store I'm really excited to talk about and share with all who read…read morethis. Like Claire's, this store sells jewelry at an affordable price. But unlike it's sister store, Icing By Claire's sells jewelry for us big girls. They have a really vast selection of cool, modern, popular accessories that can cater to any style that you have. I really love their headbands with the metal and beaded flowers; they can make you look extra pretty when you want to make an impression. They beaded ones reminds me of what the ladies from the 60's used to wear in their hair as an accessory. Really classy looks can be created. The popular thing these days seems to be the peacock feathered looking items. They have lots of these items to choose from; the earrings and headbands are the ones I really liked. They also have a really great collection of non-prescription glasses, or at least I think they are non-prescription. Anyways, they look great and we all like to look and feel smart once in a while. I'm sure you can find some frames that will suite you personal style. They have a lot of items like rings, wallets, earrings, necklaces, headbands, glasses, scarfs, purses, bags and anything I'm forgetting to mention. Oh they have some nice tights and leggings to choose from and they carry them in larger sizes, so that's nice. Because there is just so much to look at I suggest you take your time and look through everything so you can find all the great items first before anyone else does. I just really love this store. It's nice to dress up and not have to pay an arm and a leg for it. The items they have in their store are just really fun and fashionable. Everyone seems to be interested in these looks and this is the place to pick them up for a great price. The staff is nice but they really don't bother you too much, which I like since I just like to take my time and look through everything I want to look at. But when you get to the counter they are nice and friendly. The girl who rung me in, Amanda, was pretty nice and friendly.

They pretty much stay behind the counter and do their own thing until you head up there with a purchase.

We arrived on time and once they confirmed our appointment the salesguy was very patient and personable. He also offered us free water. We probably did not need an appointment to just look at fabric and current blazer styles. Many bright/colorful options which we had trouble finding at other stores. Was quoted ~2,500 for a blazer in our chosen fabric - YIKES. Price includes full lining, if you opt out of lining you still pay full price. Our chosen fabric would take 6-8weeks (not including final fitting) but another fabric choice would have been closer to 3-5weeks. Also the fabric people take a month off in the summer - usually August he said so he said if you do not order Before August it will be a 4 week wait for them to be able to order again. Overall we did not go with a custom blazer from here, due to the price but maybe one day! The other clothing sold here is very high end = pricey. My boyfriend was very heartbroken the sweater he liked was $700 lol.

I often pass by framing shops in the malls in Edmonton and never go in because I worry it's out of my price range or that im going to be subjected to high pressure sales tactics. A little known fact about this place also is if you are a Bradford exchange fan they will place an order for you if you see something you like on the website and will do it through their own account which is great if online shopping makes you uncomfortable or you don't have a credit card. Just make sure you have at least half the money to put down on your purchase and they will call you when it arrives. They were very understanding with me the last time I made a purchase and it took me three days to get to Leduc to actually pick it up.
