They do an AMAZING job and their customer service/environment is top tier. I recently got a piercing out of state that had fallen out/starting to become irritated. I had been researching a place go speak to a piercer, because I have had a hard time finding someone I trust/feel safe with/is certified/etc. I now found the place!! I found them on Instagram/through google, and they are amazing. There is parking in the back, and immediately when I walked in I was greeted by their kind staff. They offered complimentary water, La croix, coffee, etc, and had beautiful and comfy chairs and decor. I waited briefly to speak with Ashley, who is also the owner and one of the piercers. She has such amazing energy, was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions, helped me pick new jewelry, and made my overall experience enjoyable. Truly can't say enough great things about this place or the people!! They keep all their hours, available staff, & info very up to date on their Instagram (@beautyinink, and Ashley - @inkedbysmash.) You can even rent out the studio for a private party for tattoos/piercings! They also offer piercings for under 18 with a legal guardian/notarized paperwork (and even have a notary on staff). Their fine line work also looks stunning, so I will definitely return for my next tattoo. And obviously they will now be my go to piecer in south Florida! Just to know the size, for a tattoo that will cost me over 3,000 and if I wanted to move forward that 200 would be deducted. I find it rude honestly, you quote me almost 3,000 and then cant even tell me the size you're quoting me on and then try to charge me $200 to know the size?!?!?! This is permanent on my body and costing me thousands of dollars, I don't think knowing the size is too much to ask before committing to something like this. She said the quote was based on the referenced photos I provided. As you can see, they are COMPLETELY different sizes. When I asked for clarification she wouldn't give me any answer. I'm very upset because I was looking forward to getting tattooed by her, but this is just ridiculous. Then she texted me and said if im looking for a cheap tattoo that she's not the right person to go to.... I NEVER complained about the price once. I just wanted to know an idea on the size. I know I wasted mine a had to deal with her attitude after repeatedly telling her exactly what I wanted and she completely ignored my requests.
