She designs it the day of the tattoo which is fine, her tattoos are amazing so I didn't have a problem with that but when I asked what the size would be I was told that I'd have to pay $200 to do a consultation.... Just to know the size, for a tattoo that will cost me over 3,000 and if I wanted to move forward that 200 would be deducted. I find it rude honestly, you quote me almost 3,000 and then cant even tell me the size you're quoting me on and then try to charge me $200 to know the size?!?!?! This is permanent on my body and costing me thousands of dollars, I don't think knowing the size is too much to ask before committing to something like this. She said the quote was based on the referenced photos I provided. As you can see, they are COMPLETELY different sizes. When I asked for clarification she wouldn't give me any answer. I'm very upset because I was looking forward to getting tattooed by her, but this is just ridiculous. Then she texted me and said if im looking for a cheap tattoo that she's not the right person to go to.... I NEVER complained about the price once. I just wanted to know an idea on the size. I'm super disappointed in the way this was handled.

I was tattooed by Sarah Arnold and am definitely not satisfied with my tattoo. In our emails back…read moreand forth, I was very clear on what I wanted, I had sent her pictures and there was an understanding that she would be able to provide me with the tattoo that I had asked for. She was very confident in her ability. However, the end result of my tattoo was nowhere close to what I had wanted, or what I had sent. Out of over a dozen tattoos that I have, hers is by far the worst. She did such a horrendous job, that I didn't even mention it to her or anyone directly above her because I had ZERO interest in her trying to fix it for me because I knew she lacked the abilities to do the tattoo correctly. I should have reviewed her as an artist earlier because I could've prevented someone else from getting a shitty tattoo from someone who is masquerading as a capable artist.

This was a mother/son tattoo, so we were both getting the same thing. He showed us different color choices also. The store was really clean and good looking and I felt very comfortable there. The tattoo didn't hurt at all! It's been a week and it looks fantastic! There hasn't been any crusting or any problems with it at all. I love it! My sons hasn't had any problems either, in terms of healing. I think mine turned out a lot better than his, for some reason. I'm not sure if it's because of where they are placed, but we both think his is not as good. You be the judge.

They are quality craftsmen that are artists as well. And quite personable. You can tell by the decor of the studio. The shop used to be located on Dixie Highway, but moved several years back. In this area now there used be several other competitors, but they are no longer operating. If you're into "ink", come check them out.

This cozy space is run by 2 local tattooers who go by appointment only & occasionally offer space to some of their good friends who also throw down amazing ink. Since it's in the center of West Palm Beach they're located inside a shared building with a barber shop on one end & nail salon on the other. Pine & Palm Tattoo sits comfortably in one of the allotted spaces, as well. 2 work stations, cool wall art, a TV & solid lighting is all you need to run a dope shop. They check all the boxes here. Dylan was nothing but welcoming as soon as I got there. He told me about his space & the styles they specialize in. I also noticed that he's super open to tackle any subject matter as long as he's comfortable with it. Nowadays you see artists who are set in their ways & won't budge when it comes to their style so I thought that was cool. While American Traditional is his main thing, he puts out some incredible anime, neotrad & black & grey work. Brandy's work is bright & cute; her lining is precise & her color saturation is amazing. If you're looking for just about any style, one of them is sure to get you right! After being tattooed for over 12 years this is the first time I've been to a private shop. I've always assumed they would be very particular when you got there but this was one of the most relaxing experiences I've had. To best sum it up, you'll receive the epitome of "southern hospitality" here. As a south Florida native, that's something I can appreciate. P&P is owned by great people who want to put out great work. If you follow the shop or their artists on social media I guarantee you'll find something that drops your jaw.
