I am so happy I found Sasha Lizeth at Master Pierce in the Mall at Wellington Green! I had been searching for a long time to find someone I trusted to redo my permanent eyeliner, and Sasha exceeded all my expectations. She did a fabulous job and was completely professional throughout the entire process. Her station was impeccably clean, and she made sure I was thoroughly comfortable and fully numbed before she even started. I am so thrilled with her work that I've already booked a tattoo with her for this week! Highly recommend seeing Sasha if you want top-tier service. read more

Oh.My. Gosh. I am in absolute LOVE with my stacked piercings. I came in asking if I could get a 3rd lobe piercing and Celia suggested double stacked. The best decision I ever made and I can't stop looking at them. She was patient and professional. She showed me what two different earring styles would look like and the outcome was perfect. I live in Tampa and when I come visit my friend, I always have to stop in to Master Pierce. My #1 piercing place!! read more

Master Pierce - Double stacked perfection - thank you Celia! - Piercing Near Me - Wellington, Florida

Absolutely my favorite place to get piercing from and I'll be going back for more! Everyone was very kind and professional!!

Friend wants another tattoo and asks me to come along to hopefully proposition me into getting one. This place is all capital letters CLEAN. (I may be flashing back to my college age years when tattoo parlors seemed to be the catch all for everything alternative, poor lighting, and always seemed cramped with stuff.) The staff here was friendly and informative. They don't just ask, do you have any questions and move along. They explained what they were doing. (Which allows me to ask questions that I didn't know I needed to ask.) Most tattoo artist are creative but I've never felt others to have been as knowledgeable as the people I interacted with here. Drop in/walk tattoos is so rare you might as assume they never happen. They chat in detail about what you want where you want it and assign specific time to complete and discuss aftercare. When we return and I'm with my sister (who's trying to talk me into a piercing). I again see their quality service when they told her no. But they didn't just say no they explained to her why they advised against it and why they wouldn't do it. Some piercings really just don't work with the shape of your ear. They will take forever to heal. Most people don't keep them long because of healing time, length of hair, wearing glasses/sunglasses, discomfort with sleeping or wearing earbuds. You get plenty of detailed info about aftercare and recommendations on skincare. They have cool accessories. These people know their stuff! read more

Such a cool and professional place. Got my first helix done there. The piercer was informative, sweet and made the experience for me fantastic. Will definitely be going back for some more . read more

Sasha is amazing! I'm loving my nano brows. She's so informative, friendly and she truly listens to your wishes and concerns. My brows look amazing. Thank you read more

Love the ease and cleanliness of the shop and the specials for piercing and tattoos are provided. They are very communicative through their social medias. Found out about the Friday the 13th special and could not resist getting my 5th tattoo here. Was the first one tatted here! Matt was amazing so funny and cheerful through my very quick and easy permanent mark. Loved the inclusivity of the shop and the active engagement of the staff. They adhere to a very strict process of making sure all their equipment is set to go. Also have a fantastic touch up policy if after your healing process you need to go back. I came back for a quick touch up and it's perfect! read more

Inappropriately rude. Professionally rude is still offensive. I accept straight to the point; however, I will never let someone be rude to me. I walked right out of there. read more

i got my nostril pierced about two weeks ago and needless to say i am THRILLED about how it went! skie was my piercer, and they were super chill, comforting and humorous to kinda ease my nerves. the vibe of the store was inviting and the receptionist at the front was so sweet and helpful. skie always warned me whenever they were gonna poke or touch my nose and made sure to be super casual and gentle with piercing. pain went away super quick, within a few days! DEFINITELY better than asking your friend's friend to do it with a needle and a pack of ice. read more

Celia and Marigold are wonderful!! We had gotten my daughter's ears pierced at Claire's when she was six years old. It was crazy busy that day, had to wait a very long time and in the end my daughter's ears got infected and we decided to give up and let them close back up. Now two years later my daughter decided that she was ready to give it another try. Based on some feedback I decided to give Master Pierce a try and WOW! The experience was fantastic from start to finish. Night and Day compared to our experience at Claire's. Such a calm, clean place, with private rooms, where you can lay down. A consultation with Celia revealed that she could save one of the piercings, which was a great surprise. Thank you so much for making this such a wonderful experience for my daughter. She's over the moon and proudly showing off her new earrings - no sign of infection :). read more

visited this location yesterday and was extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism. The moment I walked in, I was rushed and met with slick microaggressive comments, for being on a budget, as if I was being "cheap" for asking questions before committing. Clients should never feel embarrassed or discouraged for seeking clarity, especially when they are paying for a professional service.Every moment of interaction was distasteful and made me not want to get the piercing but i was gonna follow through until I was not clearly informed that a helix piercing is charged per ear. After I had already paid, I was taken to the back and asked which ear. When I said I thought it was both ears, the piercer commented that helix piercings "aren't cheap" and implied I should have known. That remark was inappropriate and unprofessional. It is not the customer's responsibility to know industry rules it is the staff's job to explain/educate them whether customers know or not before taking payment. What truly upset me was that my time was wasted due to poor communication, rude behavior and the two staff i had interact with was Skie and the other lady that was wearing a rolling stone shirt. Funny thing is i alway rave about this place and recommend and its not my first time purchasing jewelries there. But those two people i dealt with ruined the experience for me. read more

First time going here, was recommended by my friend. It was a very pleasant experience. Clarke was awesome! He made you feel comfortable but yet professional. You might think it's a little pricey but the jewelry and the care that they take doing the piercings is worth it! I will be going here again to get another one done! read more

I'm editing to update that after I wrote an email explaining to the owner what happened I did get a genuine apology and response. I explained to her that because parents are now considering accredited studios to take their children to instead of chain stores, they aren't aware of the state laws about ID. I appreciate her getting back to me. read more

some jewelry is very expensive, but good products! love the belly ring deals! great quality!

I go to master pierce for all my piercings and was pleased to find an email about the flash tattoos. As it is stated online and in my email that i could get One of the tattoos shown during the flash sale. I found one that i really wanted. the email and online does not state where ypu can get it, so i was overjoyed when i thought i could get it anywhere. approaching the store , there was a tattoo book which i looked through and was unable to find the tatto that i wanted (which was highlighted in my email and online). There was also a sign that said arms and legs only (which was not stated in my email or online). I spoke to someone who asked the tattoo artist. I was disappointed to hear the tattoo artist say he has no control of what they post online or in emails. He was unwilling to meet my request because it would take too long to print. Eventhough this was no fault of my own. He also did not want to hear that it did not specifically say where i could get one online or in my email. I felt they were very unprofessional and that is not a way to run a business. I stayed in the mall to shop and when I passed by again, he was not doing any tattoos...so you know. I was very disappointed with the service. read more

Clark was super friendly and talked me through every step!! Amazing experience all around.

Mari was my piercer and she was so sweet! She was so helpful and made sure I understood how to care for my conch, and she made sure to explain what was going on during the piercing and made sure I was comfortable. Even with jewelry she showed me all the options what would be best and what she recommended. I definitely would recommend her! I love that she was sure to keep everything sterile and avoid cross contamination, especially since some piercers don't care but I loved that she cared a lot about me as her client! She's also very nice and kind so I loved her vibe during the piercing! read more

Just came by for daughter's piercing, was told parent needs to have an I.D. As well as minor, any form prior to piercing, when asked the type of I.D. ...school, birth certificate, drivers license- /permit would suffice. Made appt. 45mins.. rushed home to grab her I.D. Make it back in time to be told , now they need "the birth certificate".... WTH... this place has to get on the same page with their employees. Unacceptable! My wife, and daughter's won't be back here again. Lost a few customers. read more

I need to add 5 note starts to this place!! Backstory: I had two cartilage piercings done September of last year at another place and paid a fortune for it. After a few months I ended up with the dreaded piercing bumps that were really painful and annoying. I ended up in Wellington for my son's soccer tournament and we had some time to kill so we went to the mall. I walked into Master Pierce to check out the pricing selection and ask them what I could do about my piercings. Nik Rosa took a look at my ear and explained that they should have never pierced with a hoop as the starter piercing and that my case was salvageable if we switched out the piercing. I was hesitant because I was in so much pain and I had really invested a ton in these piercings and I didn't want to spend anymore (I almost took them out and called it a day). After a couple of minutes I ended up agreeing to get the help and Nik Rosa took me to the back area. The cleanliness of this place is truly impressive. The entire process was pain free to my surprise. Nik talked me through the whole thing to make me feel comfortable. I was soooo relived. Nik told me to come back in 4 weeks to get it checked out and shorten the bar. This place is 1 hour and 20 minutes from my house but I will happily come back as many times as they suggest. My bumps are almost complete gone now. Nik Rosa is absolutely the best!! read more

I got my nostril pierced here and it was a great place to go! The staff were all incredibly kind and helpful and were able to answer all of my questions. They also made sure that I was comfortable with both the placement and the process. The woman who did my piercing talked me through the whole process and made sure I knew that all of the equipment was safe and steril. It was a little expensive in my opinion BUT the price is totally worth it for a good piercing and great service!! :))) read more

I had my tatoo done in January and I love it! There was no pain involved and it took nearly an hour to do! I will be going back for more!

My daughter got her nose pierced here about a month ago. She's been wanting her nose pierced since she was 13. Even though she's 17 now, I still had to go with her to sign the papers. I'm very happy they do that! It was a Tuesday night so it wasn't busy. We were the only customers there. I appreciated that it was very bright and clean in the shop. While I was reading and signing the papers, my daughter picked out her nose piercing. There was actually a lot to pick from, but she already knew she wanted a small diamond (not real). After the formalities, we were brought in a back room and introduced to Kayla, whom was going to pierce my daughters nose. She explained everything that she was doing, the sterilization process and how to take care of her new piercing. She gave me her card and said if we had any questions or concerns to call her. Again, it's been about a month and my daughter is very happy with her piercing. She had to go back after two weeks just for them to check the healing process and see if the bar needed to be shortened. They pierce with a longer bar for swelling, which is normal. Overall, I am very happy we had her nose pierced here. It was a great experience for her, the shop was clean and the staff are wonderful. read more

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Every-single worker was helpful & extremely well informed about piercing my daughter's nose. This shop is so clean in the store area, and cleaner inside the piercing room. We were guided to what type of nose ring to choose without any pressure to buy something expensive. Once inside, the young man who did the actual piercing was an expert in his job. He double cleaned the area with 2 different cleansers, inside & outside the nose, applied a sterile drape, then went to rewash his hands, applied fresh gloves & performed the procedure like a surgeon. I'm in the medical field so I truly mean this. Within 2 seconds, the nose ring was in without a peep from my girl. I wish I remembered his name because he made the entire experience stress free for us. He was funny & let her hug a Pikachu plush. We were supplied with a cleanser for post-piercing care & told to return in 2 weeks for a recheck. Again, as a parent, I truly recommend this shop (this is for a nose piercing). read more

This review is specifically for piercings. I was a little hesitant to go to place in the mall, but my cousin got a piercing here and was very happy with the experience. So when I said I wanted to go, she was down to get another. :) Alyna is a great piercer! She takes great care to keep everything clean and sterile, as well as finding the perfect placement. I had such a good experience that I went back a month later to get another. read more

Clarke is the best piercer in the world. 10 out of 10 hands down. Highly recommend AAA+++

I've wanted a conch piercing for a long time but was scared of the pain. I finally worked up the nerve and I'm so happy I did. Celia did my piercing. She was so reassuring, she explained everything she was going to do before doing it and explained realistically what i would be feeling during and after the piercing. She also took her time prior to make sure I was happy with the placement. Everything they recommended pre and post piercing were things i had read while researching so it made me feel more comfortable that they know what they're doing. The room was super clean as well and the receptionist was friendly and informative as well. read more

Had a great experience at Master Pierce. They're clean, professional, and have wonderful staff.

This place is awesome and talk about top notch and great customer service. From my initial phone call yesterday to get information to when we walked in for our appointment today. The service started at the top and remained there throughout the entire process through the completion of my wife's piercing. The assistant in picking the right nose ring, explanation and step by step details before, during and after the procedure, again top notch. This was my first hand experience with a piercing professional that made me appreciate the art of their practice and work. Kudos to Kayla and the team at Master Pierce! read more

Clarke is awesome!!! I will definitely go back to see him!!! 10/10 recommend booking with him! Super professional and super friendly!

Celia is hands down the best; she help me style and choose all my ear piercings - I love them all!

If you want the best overall care for your piercing, Master Pierce is the place to go! The staff is very well experienced & trained. When getting my double outer helix piercing yesterday Mike throughly explained to me about the best type of jewerly for my ear and took very good care of me to make sure I was happy with my piercings. It may have been a bit on the pricier side but if you want the best type of jewerly, experience, and overall care for your piercings this is the place to go. Not only do they forward after care instructions to your email they also want each and every one of their clients to have a follow up to ensure your piercing is healing correctly and no sign of infection is occurring. read more

Master Pierce - Piercing Near Me - Wellington, Florida

This shop has some real immature and disrespectful employees. I called about getting a nose piercing done and the lady who answered the phone explained to me why they couldnt do it that day (simply, a no) , in the process of this phone call I plugged my phone into my car accessory and it hungup the phone. Instead of calling back I figured I already got my answer so went about my business, THIS B%#$ called me back with the most DISRESPECTFUL tone of voice coming completley at me from WAYYYY left field, JUST to complain about me supposedly "hanging up" on her while she was "explaining" now holdup.. WHAT? What kinda business hires someone with such poor manners my main concern was "who tf are you, calling me back to b%^}$ at ME, you are and employee, not someone who has the authority to call a CUSTOMER and speak to me, or anyone that way. And then had the AUDACITY to tell me she was the person in charge after (possibly) taking the phone out of her co workers hand after he answered me when i called back. I asked for a manager.. not a child Master pierce, get a new receptionist, yours is a rude, unbelievable, out of line piece of trash. Thank you read more
