She designs it the day of the tattoo which is fine, her tattoos are amazing so I didn't have a problem with that but when I asked what the size would be I was told that I'd have to pay $200 to do a consultation.... Just to know the size, for a tattoo that will cost me over 3,000 and if I wanted to move forward that 200 would be deducted. I find it rude honestly, you quote me almost 3,000 and then cant even tell me the size you're quoting me on and then try to charge me $200 to know the size?!?!?! This is permanent on my body and costing me thousands of dollars, I don't think knowing the size is too much to ask before committing to something like this. She said the quote was based on the referenced photos I provided. As you can see, they are COMPLETELY different sizes. When I asked for clarification she wouldn't give me any answer. I'm very upset because I was looking forward to getting tattooed by her, but this is just ridiculous. Then she texted me and said if im looking for a cheap tattoo that she's not the right person to go to.... I NEVER complained about the price once. I just wanted to know an idea on the size. This was a mother/son tattoo, so we were both getting the same thing. He showed us different color choices also. The store was really clean and good looking and I felt very comfortable there. The tattoo didn't hurt at all! It's been a week and it looks fantastic! There hasn't been any crusting or any problems with it at all. I love it! My sons hasn't had any problems either, in terms of healing. I think mine turned out a lot better than his, for some reason. I'm not sure if it's because of where they are placed, but we both think his is not as good. You be the judge.

Since it's in the center of West Palm Beach they're located inside a shared building with a barber shop on one end & nail salon on the other. Pine & Palm Tattoo sits comfortably in one of the allotted spaces, as well. 2 work stations, cool wall art, a TV & solid lighting is all you need to run a dope shop. They check all the boxes here. Dylan was nothing but welcoming as soon as I got there. He told me about his space & the styles they specialize in. I also noticed that he's super open to tackle any subject matter as long as he's comfortable with it. Nowadays you see artists who are set in their ways & won't budge when it comes to their style so I thought that was cool. While American Traditional is his main thing, he puts out some incredible anime, neotrad & black & grey work. Brandy's work is bright & cute; her lining is precise & her color saturation is amazing. If you're looking for just about any style, one of them is sure to get you right! After being tattooed for over 12 years this is the first time I've been to a private shop. I've always assumed they would be very particular when you got there but this was one of the most relaxing experiences I've had.
