They earned a 10 star rating in my book. The shop is clean, bright, and organized. The staff is friendly and listen to your questions and offer wonderful advice. After letting an old cartilage piercing close up, I decided it was time for a new piece and went with a scapha instead. I selected my own combination for the jewelry and waited approximately 15 minutes for it to be autoclave sterilized and personalized. My piercer (Michael) opened every sealed package with me in the room with gloves on. My piercing healed lightning fast - probably because Michael knew exactly what he was doing and because they use top quality jewelry. My youngest daughter expressed an interest in having a double helix piercing for her 13th birthday and without hesitation I brought her to Master Pierce. She too had some questions and Alyna was the sweetest and kindest person and took the time to answer both her questions (and mine!) to make her experience a wonderful one. My daughter selected her jewelry and off she went to the piercing room and is now proudly sporting her gorgeous double captive bead earring combo. She too received the same high level of care I myself had when I had my piercing. These guys care. They really care. Great experience! I was a little cautious of a piercing place in a mall, but checked out local piercers on Instagram before choosing Michael at this studio. They have a good selection of jewelry to be pierced with and employees were professional in answering questions I had in offering advice, explaining why certain jewelry would work better for me, etc. For the actual experience, I had my septum pierced by Michael. He explained everything about the procedure before getting started. Everything was very clean, almost felt like a doctor's appointment lol! Only snafu was that my septum is apparently quite crooked and neither of us realized how much until after it was pierced, however Michael, being an experienced piercer and perfectionist, offered to redo it if I wasn't 100% happy. I chose that option and am thrilled with how it came out. The actual piercing is intentionally crooked due to my anatomy, but hangs straight. That takes experience and a bit of a perfectionist to make happen. I'm very happy I chose this studio and Michael as my piercer and would recommend him to anyone in the area. read more

Best experience ever! Shopped around for a good place to get my nose pierced, this place was the winner! So glad I chose this place instead of a tattoo/piercing shop. The whole staff was very very friendly and welcoming, I was a total chicken from the very begin.. everyone here knows what there are doing and talking about. Michael(piercer) was so friendly nice and funny, I can't tell you how many times he cleaned his hands, changed his gloves, cleaned the bench, sterilized the jewelry, etc. He is definitely a professional and very knowledgeable about what he is doing. The nose piercing was very fast and it didn't really hurt! It's been 2 weeks since and no problems, no infection, no keloid! Very disappointed by their way of dealing with customers! This applies to the owner of the shop, Mike, and another guy working in there. The girl is sweet, and at least she was trying to help me (unlike the rude guys, who didn't care at all about my continues problem with the piercing they had performed). All they care about is to sell you their products and rip you off completely! They sold me 2 pieces of body jewelry for $600 total, saying that one of them was an aquamarine stone in titanium frame. However, when I showed it to the professional jeweler, he examined it, and said it was a regular mosaic opal in stain less steel frame, and approximately worth $65-$85. Stay away from these sharks if you don't want to get ripped off, lied to, and neglected completely in case you have any issue with your piercing! read more

Although I had my ears pierced many years ago, I needed to pierce them again. My first experience was done poorly and the piercings of the earlobes uneven. So I approached this task with some trepidation. Master Pierce was recommended by a friend. Clark was knowledgeable and answered all my questions about sterilizing the earrings, wearing sterile gloves and marking my earlobes to see if the piercing was even. They used two separate sterile needles, not the piercing gun used at some places. The store was simple and you could choose a variety of earrings. I had such a great experience here! The customer service was amazing; they were so nice and patient with me while also holding conversations about their own experiences and what they recommended. I came in for a nostril piercing and specifically had Mari Almanza as my piercer. She was extremely professional and so sweet! She definitely knew what she was doing and what she was talking about, which made me feel a lot better about how smoothly things were going to go. I had gotten a piercing in another place and it just wasnt looking or feeling good then I went to master pierce and switched to their quality jewelry and my piercing site completely improved and felt better. My daughter had her ears pierced about 7 years ago with a piercing gun at Justice and they got really infected, holes closed up. Now, at 14, she wanted to try again. So we found Master Pierce and Mari. Mari was very professional and had a calm and caring nature. Technique was superb. No piercing gun. We were given clear instructions on what to do and what not to do so my daughter's ears wouldn't get infected this time around. Clark was our Master piercer he did an amazing job through the piercing process.. I walked in for a piercing for someone else and ended up getting one myseld. He was able to get me in within 20-30 min due do a scheduled piercing before me but was so considerate! I would very much recommend getting your piercing done with Clark, the facility was very clean! I've had five piercings done in the last two months (PA, nipple, eyebrow, nostril, and septum), and had two pieces custom anodized. Their hardware is top notch quality. Shop is sparkling clean. Are they costly? Yep, but I am all about quality with anything representing me! At level 56 I have learned a tremendous amount about piercing. I got my nostril pierced here and it was a great place to go! The staff were all incredibly kind and helpful and were able to answer all of my questions. They also made sure that I was comfortable with both the placement and the process. The woman who did my piercing talked me through the whole process and made sure I knew that all of the equipment was safe and steril. Clarke and his piercing apprentice were phenomenal. He was able to do the piercing even though I didnot have the best anatomy. They were all thorough, informative, professional, and gentle. They walked me through the entire process from start to finish. Even the guy out front that helped me pick out the jewelry was awesome and respectful.
