Based on price, reviews, face to face meetings and the detailed scope of work outlined in their proposal, Storm Works was the clear choice. Sean Green, the owner, is a hands-on take charge kind of guy who is passionate about his work. His resume of finished roofing jobs, both residential and commercial, is impressive. You know from the get-go that you are in the best of hands with Sean. Jordan, Storm Work's sales rep, wowed us with his extensive knowledge and expertise in his field of roofing. He walked us through, step by step, how the process would unfold from beginning to end. He was always just a text, phone call or FaceTime away and super responsive and understanding of our needs. Storm Works made sure that every aspect of this project was thoughtfully coordinated and clearly executed. The entire operation ran like a well-oiled machine from start to finish. The incredibly hard-working crew was outstanding and took clear direction under the supervision of Paul, (PJ), who was on site throughout this operation. The crew arrived on time every day. They were polite, diligent and aside from a quick lunch break, never stopped working. The property was carefully broom swept after each workday and when the crew completed the project, they made sure the grounds were immaculate. The lines of communication were always open, which is vitally important with a project of this magnitude. Whether we reached out to Sean, Jordan or Paul with questions, we had our answers right then and there. These guys are the best and always made themselves readily available. Storm Works is clearly a company that takes immense pride in delivering a top-notch product to every client. The quality of their workmanship is superior and their attention to detail is second to none. Sean, Jordan, Paul and the entire crew of Storm Works were an absolute delight to work with and we strongly and unequivocally recommend them!

After many, many calls to the company someone finally said "family emergency". Okay, fair enough. But then another week went by while we tried to get another employee out for an estimate. He provided so much detail, I wish I had an estimate with him first so that I would have known what to ask the other companies! He made the process very simple, although our city is known to be difficult getting permits, he took care of all that. The roof was replaced in ONE day and the team did a phenomenal job cleaning up - I've yet to find a stray nail! (having replaced a roof on a previous home, I can attest that stray nails pop up, so I'm truly amazed I haven't found any yet). I'd also note Jim was very responsive and adaptive - I needed to communicate largely over late night emails due to my work schedule and he was happy to accommodate. Jim came in on budget (including some wood that needed to be replaced) which was already under 3 other estimates we received. Very happy we went with Premiere Roofing!

Jim was very responsive and helpful then, so we contacted him again after ice damaged our gutters and facia, which he replaced, including measures to prevent ice and snow from causing any future damage. A few years later we rehired Premier to replace the roof shingles on the front side of our house, and again the job was done to our satisfaction and looks great. He and his crew are dependable, courteous and professional. While working across the street recently, as a favor to us, took the time to fix damaged drip edging on our home. I trust Premier Roofing and would not hesitate to hire them again.

The deck replacement was done professionally, with great communication, transparency, and in a timely fashion. I felt blessed to have been introduced to Tracey by a consultant after having a prior traumatizing experience with a prior contractor. Anytime I had questions or concerns, Tracey would promptly respond. If she didn't know the answer, she referred me to a person who would know. It's rare that contractors, by default, provide a breakdown of costs the way S&H does and anytime I had a question about an entry, it was responded to promptly. I'd much prefer to get a detailed breakdown, then just scant numbers lumping labor, materials, type of materials, warranty, etc all together. The S&H estimate, billing, and contracts were very professional and detailed. The final overall cost was actually a little bit lower than the estimate, which I really appreciated. The estimate was reasonable, and with the level of detail, was easy to cross reference costs. Tracey's transparency, communication, attention to concerns, and follow through added to the overall positive experience.

I had a half dozen roofers come out for estimates and to take a look around. Rich Melo came out and he gave the most thorough inspection and identified all areas of concern. He also turned around a quote rather quickly and it was not the lowest we had, but it was the second lowest, and his professionalism and competence made us hire him over the lowest quote as we had way ore confidence in him. As I said, he identified small tears in our membrane that the lowest quoted contractor missed. Rich's crew showed up on time the day of the work, cleaned up nicely and did a good job. In fact they did the job close to a year ago. I figured to wait a bit before writing a review to make sure the new roofing repairs held up and at this point we have no concerns so they obviously have done so.
