Chester Gregory, a recording artist and Broadway alum, showcased a riveting performance which captivated our audience with a marvelous Rock n Soul Party for almost 90 marvelous minutes. I was surprised at the turn out this place has, I attended both plays within the "Quintero/Black BOx" theater, and the people that attend are from all walks of life. The actors and the setup is so great they really have talented actors from what I can tell. The 2 plays were "At Home At The Zoo" and "Buy 1 get 5 Free". The first one was more of comical drama about married life... the play itself was interesting and the audience is really attentive and respectful. The second one WAS HILARIOUS, I definitely would not mind seeing this even if it wasn't a requirement for my class. The layout and the ticket office is really professional. The plays are in a brand new building with great lighting. Had me saying "IS THIS REALLY IN UH?" then my thoughts turned to..."OHHH...THIS IS WHERE MY TUITION GOES" lol. All in All it was a great experience and the staff are very kind and helpful. And ooooh weee.... the women there for some reason are so pretty... they are everywhere! especially the Ushers... i felt like getting kicked out so one of them would come over and take me away! lol Definitely a great Date Spot... I see a lot of older couples and young couples in there.

It's a little confusing now due to construction. Soon a park area will open and there will be direct access to the front of the theater. Seating is roomy and comfortable. There really wouldn't be a bad seat in the house. The stage is recessed which gives it a different look. Definitely not the intimate feel of the Alley. There is also about 300 less seats here than at the Alley so get your tickets while they last!

They also had a panel of guests speakers, who shared their real life stories and testimonies about their life experiences in the community. There are no luxury add-ons, but they keep this place pretty clean and the prices low. One time their website glitched and I bought the wrong tickets. The manager gave it to me and then explained to me that their point system isn't like chickfilas where they go away after you use them. The points stay on your account and it's basically tiers. Once you get to certain points you get the free drink, then up to the next points you get the free popcorn and so on. My daughter had already used the free drink a while back but since the points don't disappear I thought I still had it. He printed out my history to show me. He helped explain it to me and was very patient and nice. I really appreciated him taking the time bc it got kind of crazy in there with everyone showing up for the movie. He was extremely helpful! Bonus- the restrooms were clean too!

The tickets are much cheaper here than the other theaters, the best value is seeing an early matinee because the tickets are only around $8 each. You really can't beat that price. The popcorn and drinks are self serve, so free refills on both. The price is slightly better for that here too than the bigger theaters. The seats here do recline which is a big plus for me. Other than that this is a very basic and cheap way to see new movies. It's never crowded and seats are readily available. And since I'm buying 5 movie tickets pretty much each time, it's really the better option for my family of heathens.

They offer a great vantage point in the parking lot, allowing you to easily spot the person you're waiting for, and making it easy for them to spot you. The theater was clean, lines weren't too long. Greeters and ticket scanners were kind, efficient and a little silly, wanting to make you laugh. I always appreciate the kindness and cheer of others, especially around the holidays. We didn't get any snacks, having just eaten dinner down the street at El Tiempo, but the concession lines were short and seemed to movev quickly. The theater also served alcohol for you adults who may be interested. This theater has D-Box, motion-enabled seats that are synchronized to the movie as well as more standard auditoriums. We were in a 3D auditorium without D-Box. All seats are luxury lounge recliners. We watched Wicked For Good, which was showing in multiple auditoriums. It was a great movie night and this is a theater I would recommend to others and to which I look forward to returning.
