Friendly and knowledgeable staff who are honest about what they can and can't offer. I did a pick up today and our items were hemmed well and on time with the quoted price standing. Multpile customers were served at the same time and ample attention to all of them. Maybe the best part of why I made it a point to leave the review is cause I WASN'T asked to- like almost every place you go these days despite how good you thought the service was. That's why I was so happy to hear about 'The Wash' from a neighbor, who raved about the nearby business. Her ravings were justified. This laundromat, plus wash-and-fold did exceptional work from start to finish! They picked up my loads in a timely manner, and brought them back just as quickly. Everything was folded beautifully, but what pleased me the most was how my garments and other washables were separated according to category - like a bag for tops, a bag for pants, a bag for sheets etc., Sarah, Nicole and Gary are also very friendly and helpful. Reasonable prices too. I HIGHLY recommend The Wash!

I honestly love this dry cleaner. It's even better that it's so close to home…read more I've been here several times and I can finally say that this is my go-to dry cleaner. Will not go anywhere else. The woman with the blonde pixie cut and glasses, is such a pleasure to deal with. Getting my clothes and coats dry cleaned is such a drag but whenever I come in, I always leave in a good mood. I'm not sure what her name is (the pixie cut woman with glasses, perhaps the owner?) but she is so sweet and HONEST. I recently came to get my winter coat dry cleaned. It was brand new and had only been through half a winter. She took a good look at it and told me I really didn't need to get it dry cleaned. She explained it looked fine and to wait. She saw one little mark and took care of it on the spot with a spot treatment. I really didn't feel it needed dry cleaning either but was just doing my due diligence, as I get my winter coats dry cleaned right before the cold weather begins. I appreciate that she was honest, as that saves me money for now! If you get a chance to speak with this woman, she is super friendly and easy to talk to. Great customer service! They are also the chosen dry cleaner for the Peel Police!
