Friendly and knowledgeable staff who are honest about what they can and can't offer. I did a pick up today and our items were hemmed well and on time with the quoted price standing. Multpile customers were served at the same time and ample attention to all of them. She saw one little mark and took care of it on the spot with a spot treatment. I really didn't feel it needed dry cleaning either but was just doing my due diligence, as I get my winter coats dry cleaned right before the cold weather begins.
