As someone who waxes frequently, I was surprised at how painless this wax was as no strips are used. It took 1.5 hours for a terrible wax job. What made it terrible you say? My legs were not like satin at the end. Instead, my legs had shorter hair, but the root was still there. The cosmetologist stated that maybe it had to do with my light skin hair. So the wax knows I have light hair? That doesn't even make sense!!! I made my hair stylist feel my legs the next day to confirm that I wasn't being dramatic. She was shocked that I was waxed less than 24 hours ago because my legs had so much stubble! I will not be returning, and quite frankly, am shocked that this company has expanded to so many areas.
