My poor baby has to wear gauze around her neck cause they "forgot" to tell us that they nicked her. They denied cutting her neck. Like really? My dog has never ever bit anyone my dog is the sweetest little dog you will ever meet. Yes she has a slight social problem but she has never bit anyone. I do not recommend this place at all. I feel so bad for the poor little animals at that store! Someone needs to call animal control or something and get this place shut down. A little background: B (9 pound Toy Poodle) has always seemed to suffer from dry skin and a sensitive tummy. We had him on ScienceDiet for years. Still didn't seem "happy".. he was progressively more lethargic and had coat, tear and joint issues... so, long story short, to Roo's we went! Thankfully, everyone was super receptive and GENUINELY seemed to WANT to help! (Something kind of hard to come by, these days..) The main point I want to get across is that these folks source quality products and they really care about educating people on pet food! (Diet details below) Lastly, I think the products are very reasonably priced! Our cost of feeding him is only around $1.50-$2.50, per day! & yes, he is spoiled! If you have pets, what are you waiting for!? GO!!!! Diet Details: We made the switch to Blackwood and have also been introducing raw in small amounts. We also incorporated pup yogurt and goats milk. We are now on our third, fifteen pound bag of Blackwood Sensitive Skin & Stomach Formula, Salmon & Brown Rice Recipe. I'm pleased to say that I'm thrilled with the results! B's coat grows in MUCH more quickly and it is SO SOFT! His "excessive" licking has decreased quite a bit and he is FULL OF LIFE! He also "goes" more regularly and does not bloat. A very friendly gentleman welcomed me as I entered the building. It was a very open warehouse with pet food on all the outer edges and then a number of aisles of other pet supplies to the left and right. It was very spacious and could handle a lot of people and I suspect, pets as well, though I did not have mine with me at the time. I was there to pick up cat food for my son and daughter-in-law's cat, and he helped point me to the right direction for cat food, and because it was open shelving with tons of different foods on them, it was very easy to find. I asked if they had a smaller bag, unfortunately, they did not, but they had the kind that I was looking for. I went directly to check out and he took care of me and had a nice little conversation before I left. it seems as if they have a very wide selection of products and seem to be in a pretty good location.
