As if the paper and stationary wasn't enough, they share a space with a local jewelry shop and a coffee shop! Your one stop shop for pretty finds in Waco! I purchased some textured stock paper to use for Valentines, and some candles for my sisters birthday we just celebrated. We really wanted to see their arts, especially those of Debbie Carlson. Martin Museum is a pocket art museum located on the campus of Baylor University in Waco. The small museum was sectioned off into two smaller galleries, one for each artist. All the art pieces were intriguing and though provoking. The pieces flowed well with their arrangement. A nice and informative employee manning the galleries was especially helpful in directing us to visit the Baylor University art classrooms hallway that was connected to the museum. She encouraged us to view student art pieces that were on exhibit in the hallway. There were dozens of expressive and enjoyable student arts. We absolutely loved and enjoyed the arts of the two mixed media artists. The unexpected student arts were icing on the cake, a very pleasant surprise. Admission and parking were free.
