Every Sunday, you can go to the center and have free drinks (coffee or a soft drink) and cookies and see whatever exhibit is there that particular week, as well as listen to guest artists talk about their works. There is an exhibit going on here now that I loved! It is called "International Cocktail Collection" and is a series of pastel paintings that incorporate drink glasses (mostly of the martini kind) used in unusual ways.

He is a wonderful teacher with all of us despite the wide range of experience we all had a relaxing, successful experience. Highly recommend for an enjoyable family activity! I included some of the art I painted from photos I've taken. You do one painting per visit - or bring it back next time to continue working on it. He taught us technique and really engaged us to be creative!! We loved it!!

My kids were here for just over 3 weeks, since this Friday, and while they enjoyed the start of summer camp, too many changes came up and after speaking with the director, who wasn't open to hearing from any parents it seemed, I took them out. I enjoyed their teachers, but my kids just didn't get into the program, which was very very surprising. 5 and 12, and tragically bored and unentertained, apparently. The art was good, but just not their type of camp, they weren't having fun. Not to mention the rude interaction with the director. Not for us.

The teachers are excellent and provide ample opportunities to both of our girls to showcase their artistic talents while learning technique and presentation skills. We have seen a remarkable growth in both, not just in their own artwork but also in their appreciation of art around them. Their summer programs are fantastic as well. My older one loved the life portrait and urban sketching camps during the summer. Thanks to all the teachers and staff for a wonderful experience at the art school.

She came home with the most intricate, useful, and creative projects, such as a costume for our dog (measured out perfectly), an iPad case, and purse, just to name a few. She consistently asked if she could take more classes a week so she could do even more. I would highly recommend anyone interested in sewing to take this class! It's such a fun and cute studio too!

The staff was incredibly nice, organized, and patient with everyone. I had the sampler platter and it was delicious -- and they made sure food came out in a timely manner. There's plenty of space, so you don't feel cramped, and parking is easy with garage and street options available. Overall, such a fun night out. I'll definitely be back and would recommend it!

A lot of the food seemed baked and not fried (if it matters to you). The painting instructor was great. My painting turned out better than I thought it would be. This would be a great experience for groups, team building, birthdays, public and private events, and just as a general social mixer. I did not know anyone there but got to know people sitting at my table. The staff even takes care of the clean up! I went away feeling more motivated to get back into the arts.
