Ron responded immediately to my email, followed up with a phone call to clarify some details when he noticed this was a rush order and was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly in-person when I had to make my final selections. This was probably the best customer service experience I've ever had and the final product was perfect as well. Visiting the office to see the product showcase is pretty cool too. Custom Art Concepts is well-deserving of my first five star rating.

Not only is she super friendly, professional, and talented, she is so much fun - my appointments felt more like chatting with a friend than a supplier! Paper & Poste is affiliated with The Paper Place on Queen, so it was an easy choice when looking for wedding stationary. They do a wonderful job and their work is regularly featured in wedding magazines - because they are the best! While they certainly aren't the least expensive option in the city, I found the prices reasonable and I was comfortable with them. They designed and created our save the date, thank you cards, invitation, menus, favour tags, escort cards, programs, AND some signage, and it was all beautiful and kept a consistent feeling throughout my wedding. I needed to print a couple of 2-page docs on a Sunday night and everything was closed. I dialed Dussault Diane's phone number around 7 pm not really hoping for an answer... This small of a printing job is way too small of a scope for them, since they specialize in graphic design, and printing hundreds of copies of high-quality marketing materials. BUT: having talked to me and understanding my need Diane asked me to email the docs to her, printed and bound the docs for me, had them ready to pick up in 10 minutes and charged nothing. Very few businesses out there will go out of their way and solve a tiny client's problem sacrificing some personal time on a Sunday night, but these folks did. For which I'm very grateful. If I need graphic design, Diane will be my first call.
