I've been meaning to write this review, but time got away from me. I booked Grace in early April to…read moredo both my daughter's and my makeup and hair for my daughter's Quinceañera, and I couldn't have been happier with the experience. Grace was responsive, professional, and organized throughout the entire process from booking, to the trial session, to the day of the event. We sent inspiration photos ahead of time, and she paid close attention to our likes and dislikes and executed our vision beautifully. She arrived very well prepared with clean, professional makeup tools and products. One thing that was especially important to me was finding a makeup artist who was experienced with different skin tones, and Grace absolutely delivered. During the trial run, she was informative, patient, and made my daughter feel completely comfortable and confident. We both had our hair and makeup done, and we absolutely loved the final results. We received so many compliments throughout the event! I'm so grateful to Grace for making us feel beautiful and helping make such a special day even more memorable.

On the morning of, she came to my home with her tools - she even brought her makeup chair with her . She was professional, kind , and calm . She was efficient and gentle in application. I enjoyed chatting with Grace. Even though we were on a time crunch, ( and my household was a whirlwind with last minutes things popping up , family, and me gulping down caffeine ) she made the appointment personable and she expertly knew what I wanted even before I knew. I asked for a soft glam and she delivered. I loved my flawless waves . I didn't even have to touch up ( just lips) for 10 hours! She gave me a small touch up kit. Professional hair+ makeup elevates appearance tremendously, I highly recommend Grace as a MUA - you won't regret it. (Also, when I do my own makeup , my skin tends to be sensitive with breakouts after an event - but the products Grace used left me with NO blemishes days after! ) Thank you Grace for making me feel beautiful and confident ! I wish I have another event to go to soon... so I can be made up by Grace :).

I hired Beatrix to do my make up for my birthday because I was turning 37 and wanted to feel like I was only turning 27! Mission accomplished she gave me a fresh glow Dewey face, perfectly plump lips that I still have not been able to replicate for some reason, ha ha, and this effortless Fresh face Look that made me look insanely pretty but also like I wasn't trying at all. It was perfect.! She was quick and so fun to talk to you. I almost didn't wanna leave and I even invited her to come to my birthday party! Everyone complimented me all night, which is something that doesn't happen often when I do my own makeup, even though I consider myself medium skilled ha ha anyways I'm really glad I did it. Honestly, Sharon is so good at what she does, I don't even think I needed a trial because I absolutely loved what she did but it gave me peace of mind and reassurance. I told her all my concerns (oily skin, hair that doesn't hold curls, etc) and she made sure it was all addressed. I had SO many compliments after my trial and on wedding day. My hair normally doesn't hold a curl but I wanted cohesive waves and they held the entire night without making my hair feel stiff. She was perfectly on time too. Her arrival, set up and doing my mom's makeup, my sister's hair and makeup and then mine. She ended perfectly at the end time we aimed for too. I was also pretty nervous on wedding morning and getting my hair and makeup done was surprisingly soothing. I've never felt prettier in makeup than I did with Sharon's work. I'd hire here again for any event I'd want to look extra perfect for.
