From what I gather, there's currently three loved local coffee shops in Hastings. Blue Moon is the classic and cozy one, Barista's is the one with a drive-through, and Art Bar is the trendy one that serves alcohol. This coffee shop is as hipster as it gets, and I love it! This is a beautiful shop in downtown Hastings with a bright, clean space complete with all the plants - fiddle leaf fig plant, rubber tree plant, philodendron, and aloe vera! I've ordered the New Orleans Iced Coffee, the Bourbon Caramel Latte, and the matcha latte - all delicious. For caffeine, the shop also serves drip coffee, pour overs, lattes, and teas. Alcohol offerings include beers, wine, mimosas, and bloody Mary's (4-6pm HH $1 off beer and wine). For those not interested in caffeine or alcohol, there's caffeine-free tea, hot chocolate, and cereal. Prices are on the higher side. WiFi is dependable. Seating available at tables, the bar, and outside on nice days. Ambiance is peaceful perfection! read more

I love downtowns in little towns- being from Phoenix it's nice to sit outside with little traffic and relax and even know it's not that densely populated and some of the stores are empty it's still fun. We were there on a busy night. Long line, no problem. We ordered and had many others after us. We didn't get our drinks until after every last person who walked in after us. We were literally the last ones to get our drinks. When I say the last ones...I mean we sat there and waited after everyone had already left. Bar was empty we got up and asked about our drinks. Waited an additional 10 minutes. 2 hot chocolates and 2 coffees- over an hour wait. Coffee was ok would rather go to our local Baristas. Awful customer service. read more

The coffee is really good. I got the honey vanilla latte made with in-house syrup and I think local honey. Prices are average; think Starbucks. I loved the lights hanging from the ceiling and all the windows, but the coffee shop was definitely lacking a cozy feeling. Felt like I had to get my coffee and then immediately leave. read more

Best coffee shop in Hastings, amazing atmosphere. All of their drinks are high quality and they support some great small batch coffee roasters for their beans. I have tried so many unique drinks there and have loved every one of them. They make their own flavoring syrups and mocha syrups which I particularly appreciate. When they make a honey vanilla latte with local honey it is truly local honey and homemade vanilla syrup. Try the iced Nola in summertime; or a hot Thai latte in the winter. Phenomenal coffee, even compared to my favorite coffee shops in Princeton and NYC! Only negative is the service speed. It takes a fair amount of time to make drinks, especially if you ask for anything that requires foaming milk. Hands down my favorite coffee bar in Nebraska though. read more

This is the best coffee house in the area, hands down the best coffee and teas. I recommend the Vienna or Viennese both have honey and are absolutely delicious. The space is modern, clean, and comfortable for hanging out. The hard working , friendly staff enhance an excellent coffee house experience. They now have alcoholic beverages to enjoy as well. Try the Aloha beers, they are great. Deschutes porter is on tap for the beer lover. read more
