I have numerous pieces in my home that were great on their own, but Kari and her team went above and beyond to create art that was beyond my expectations. Upon entering the Shoppe, I was promptly greeted and offered a beverage! I felt like spending the entire afternoon, as the team is personable and professional in an incredibly friendly way. This business supports local artists of all ages AND also goes above for animals needing rescue. Upon learning how devoted Kari and her team are to causes such as these, it only deepened my admiration and loyalty. I'm proud to display, and am regularly complimented on, the artwork and photography Kari & her team personally designed for my space.

Ken's shop is right off of Granbury. Easy access and no trouble with parking…read more I came to Ken with a frame I bought at goodwill and a painting. I wanted to know his price estimate. My frame was 20x24 and he gave an estimate of $81. I really want to find a cheap way to frame this beautiful painting, and I've found it very difficult. I am going to check out some other frame shops, but I have a feeling that he will be the most reasonable. Ken is a relaxed guy that is a pleasure to do business with. He didn't judge me and tried to offer a good solution in my budget. I recommend working with him. Check out their Facebook page! I saw that he has a $50 for $100 deal on living social through it.

The man at the counter, I assume the owner, told me that I had to sit in either corner of the building and that "he practices social distancing". I was wearing a mask and was tiring to be socially conscious, but this does not negate good manners and customer service. Being told were to sit is not an appropriate greeting for a customer. I went to Michaels and was treated with respect.

Laert has an extraordinary gift, not only as an artist but also as a teacher. He knows how to challenge students, build their confidence, and help them develop their own artistic voice. Under his guidance, my children earned both state and national recognition for their artwork. What I appreciate most is that Laert never viewed art as simply learning to draw or paint. For him, art is an expression of the inner self, a melody shared with the world not through music, but through a paintbrush, a palette, and a canvas. He taught my children to explore freely, without inhibition, and to tell their stories through their own eyes. He also taught them to slow down, observe, and appreciate the beauty in the world around them. His approach to teaching is rooted in a strong artistic foundation. Having studied under his father, an acclaimed artist from Albania, Laert brings a depth of knowledge and craftsmanship that is evident in everything he does. At Studio Sabka, young artists are encouraged to grow, create, and discover their full potential through his constant encouragement, expert guidance, and genuine belief in their abilities. The influence Laert has had on our family extends far beyond art. We are deeply grateful for the many years our children spent learning from him and for the example he set through his dedication, patience, and love of his craft.
