We also had them start doing our labels for our olive oil and balsamic store in NC. We moved our training and consulting company to NC in 2020 but still use PIP. We came into town this week to teach a very important Aerospace Class in Orlando. We realized at 6:00 am Dec 12 we were missing some books. We drove to PIP to be there when they opened at 9:00 am and Maria waited on us hand and foot. No other print company would have done this for us. We are so grateful for their loyalty to us and our success!

The store is extremely small, usually understaffed, and there are only two registers and one self-service kiosk. The kiosk becomes overwhelmed with customers sorting through bags of returns, looking up codes, and printing labels, which creates constant backups. I have personally waited more than 15 minutes just to use the kiosk alone. The register line is just as bad, with long waits and lines frequently extending outside the store. On one visit I had to stand and carry a heavy item the entire time while waiting in line. Overall wait times are consistently 15 minutes or more every single time I have come here. This location clearly needs better staffing, additional kiosks, or a much better system for handling returns.

You hand out a lot of business cards. You get low on cards, KNOW you're low on cards, and keep handing them out anyway, until before you know it, you're down to just a few. Then, an event comes up at the last minute and you need a new stack of cards, PRONTO. I try not to let this happen too often, but when it does, I call Pioneer Printing & Graphics. They whip me up a fresh batch of cards in less than 3 hours, with no rush fee, and at an unbelievable price of $25 (plus tax) for 100 cards. The quality is nice, and Carrie is a pleasure to work with. Really - can you get any better than that? I never would have guessed that a local print shop would have such reasonable prices and turn-around times, but when you're so used to placing orders through VistaPrint or Moo, it's nice to do business with a print shop that's staffed and managed by real humans, who know what it's like to be on a deadline. They answered all my questions over the phone and provided all the estimates. The job took all day, they detailed my vehicle, Clayed bared it and did the 3M protection wrap!
