I followed her from another salon - she has a faithful group of clients, so definitely snag an appointment with her if you can find an opening. She specializes in lived-in, beautiful hair colors, but she LOVES doing vivid hair colors too. The small parking lot is the reason this spot doesn't get 5 stars, but they're working on it. I bought brand new tape in extensions less than 4.5 months ago from Kaci . After the second move up they started slipping and people could see the extensions plus my hair got fried too from the color she did twice . When I asked Kaci what to do and blamed it on my thyroid and then blocked me . I feel scammed and also very sad that someone could do this . Totally not professional . I have visited many cities and I'm originally a Brit .. never ever in my 30 years of getting hair done have I seen such insensitive attitude from a business . Also when the manager Rob heard he was so sorry and now he too has disappeared. My advice please be cautious !!! Kaci is so lovely at first but once she has you buying extensions from her and something goes wrong she will block you in a heartbeat . Will not step up to her mistakes and fix the issue . read more

BOMB! I can't say enough about this place! Talk about multitasking... I came in ten mins early and they got right to work while having a few other clients ( i did not once feel neglected) . I made an appointment with Shelby and she is a sneaky genie ‍ I had two girls working on my hair at all times Shelby being one of them and I felt totally comfortable when she wasn't because she told the other babes what to do. Also the "other babes" were seriously the sweetest and Amazing! I have never left a salon happier in my 33 years of life LOL so that's saying something. Super atmosphere! Kylie cut my hair this afternoon! I moved to the area about a year ago and had yet to find someone locally. Today I stopped in this location and asked if anyone had any openings at anytime. I was called back within a few hours and was told Kylie could fit me in. Did not have a good experience. I arrived and waited 30 minutes after my appointment time. Shelby had 2 other clients at the same time. I was very rushed through. The salon was very hot as well. The finished product was okay, but not what we talked about. When I got home and found these lines in my hair. When I asked her to fix it she said she would add my to the list and try and get me in. I waited a week and text her back and she said she could get me in in 3 weeks. I guess I am suppose to walk around with lines in my hair. I made an appt with someone else and asked for a refund. She said that's not how she conducts business. Beware that Shelby pays more attention to quantity over quality. Completely unsatisfied and will not be returning. read more

The salon is beautiful! The owner/main stylist is so rude on the other hand. I chose her specifically because I love the way she does color and cuts, she's also fast, I'm very picky with my hair. Year goes by she does my color/cuts just fine. After her expansion she started getting rude, I message to book just a cut at the time. Her reply, "sorry, I'm only having my assistants cut hair for me right now". Okay, who does that? I chose you because I liked the way you did my hair, not someone else! I'll give her another chance though. Second time, I book a highlight and cut (when she finally had time to cut hair again). Walk in 5mins late (apologies on my part) I have my two kids just like I did last time. My kids didn't make a peep, one is buckled in the stroller about to fall asleep, the other is quiet on an iPad). I sat there for 15mins while she continues to work on the same client she was working on when I walked in. Then she finally comes up and tells me that my kids couldn't be there. Okay that's totally fine, but it wasn't stated in the policies and you didn't warn me before or even last time when they came! I drove 35mins to get there, if anyone has kids you know how difficult it is to even get out of the house. We are from out of town and have no family in this state to just drop my kids off with, if I had known about this "secret" policy before I would have hired a babysitter, but to just rudely refuse and then LIE to me about how there is this policy (that isn't stated anywhere) about no children, not cool. Then she sarcastically said "I can refer you to another stylist if you want!" Basically saying "oh I don't need your business!" That's real cool Shelby, very professional, way to treat your clients! Will go somewhere else. Hope you can pick up your management game if you want to continue running a business! read more

But she would gladly pass my number on to someone in the facility that does short hair. I called this person and nobody ever got back with me. Lynn has done my lashes for several months. The quality was good at first but has gone steadily down hill. When I told her I had lost 3/4 of my lashes after only 8 days following a full set, she offered no solution or resolve. When I canceled the remainder of my appointments Lyn began to attack my character by texting me and accusing me of being intoxicated at my morning appointments. She is the most unprofessional business women I have come across in years. I have never felt so much passion to leave a review. I usually let it go and move on. This is different!!! zero customer service, know it all mentality, out right lies about me and my Character. I honestly don't know how she stays in business.
